Hotel Libano Center

Las cobijas eran pesadas, antiguas, quizás no las laven tan seguido :(
Al salir a comer algo, puesto que el hotel no tiene servicio de restaurante, ví mucho vagabundo drogadictos, mujeres de la calle y la policía patrullando. En la mañana fue diferente, la zona se veía tranquila y negocios abiertos, cafeterías y restaurantes, y gente trabajadora.

I have felt so unsafe in this neighborhood. Internal windows, no externals

I booked a room through booking.com. When I arrived, they said they have no rooms available. They also said unless you pay, reservations are not completed, and they will prioritise guests that walk in. Most interestingly, they said that they don't check reservations made through booking.com in the first place. Crazy way of running a hotel business, they don't understand what a reservation is, and they were very disrespectful. I reported this to booking.com and 2 days later, got a notification that Hotel Libano Center had claimed that I did not show up on the day of reservation. The truth is that I showed up, but they didn't respect my reservation. There are plenty of hotels in the area. No reason to do to this particular hotel.

The furniture could use an update.

Location

The loaction is very dangerous. Someone attempted to mug us 10 mins from the hotel. It is perfect for one night if you need to get a bus the next day, but don't go out unless you need something or afterdark.
