Zimmer viel zu laut
Pros:

Bemühtes, freundliches Personal.
Gute Lage. Schöne Einrichtung.
Frühstück okay, aber leider sehr unflexibel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im hinteren, unteren Teil des Hotels war irre laut. Am lautesten war die Klimaanlage des Zimmers neben uns. Danach die Dusche des Nachbarzimmers, gefolgt von der eigenen Klimaanlage und des Kühlschranks. Mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen, war wegen fehlender Moskitonetze und vielen Moskitos nicht möglich.

Meiden sie die Zimmer im hinteren kleinen Gebäude. Siehe Foto mit Namen des Raums.

Der Parkplatz ist weit weg. Obwohl ein anderer näher liegen würde.
Steckdosen nur auf einer Seite des Bettes.
Pool war überladen mit Chemikalien.

El ruido, música muy alta, mucho reguetón, comedor pequeño, no hay parasoles, interrupción en la habitación buscando camas que no existen, el servicio no es bueno cuando sube la ocupación, me estaban cobrando más de lo consumido y eso no me gustó, dictan el consumo y no sacan una lista del mismo. Dice tener parqueadero, pero en la página principal no especifica que no está dentro del hotel. Después de reservar si hacen la aclaración, habían toallas blancas manchadas de azul y sábanas blancas manchadas de gris.

Bonito y còmodo hotel de estilo colonial muy bien ubicado en Santa Fe de Antioquia.
Pros:

La atención del personal inmejorable. Siempre estuvieron atentas a colaborarnos con el servicio a la habitación.

Cons:

El balcón tiene un parlante justo debajo que afecta un poco la tranquilidad.
