Muchas cosas por mejorar.
Pros:

La atención del personal, aunque en la habitación donde estabamos fallaba mucho el tv y no prendia, y cuando llamaos nadie nos ayudo, sin embargo, las personas muy queridas

Cons:

Tener que hacer fila para el desayuno y que solo hubiese una persona atendiendo las mesas, una persona en temporada alta me parece mala planeación y además no limpiaron la habitación, tocaba siempre pedir papel o solicitar bolsas para la basura del baño.
