Pros:

El hotel es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, ideal para ir en pareja y familia, además son muy buenos con los animales que viven allí y que los visitan, fueron muy amables, la comida estaba muy rica y está ubicado en un barrio bonito de guaduas. Además tienen un mural gigante sobre la historia de Guaduas y aspectos históricos importantes que vale la pena ir a ver.

El agua fría de la ducha.

Pros:

En general el concepto del hotel es muy agradable, es colonial y eso es bonito, adicionalmente el personal es muy atento y amable lo cual lo hace acogedor

Cons:

El aseo es pésimo tanto en las habitaciones como en la piscina, entiendo que las cosas no puedan ser nuevas pero si deben estar aseadas, se ven muchas telarañas viejas en las habitaciones y el baño también le falta mucho aseo; y la piscina las baldosas estaban manchadas y el agua sucia no hicieron aseo en la mañana
