My family couldn’t stay at the property because according to the receptionist, there was not a reservation and they were fully booked, however the booking went through in the website without any conflict, it was available at the moment to book the room. The people from the hotel didn’t find any solution and my family had to drive back for over 6 hours for their stupid mistake

Excelente, en todo mi viaje por el efe cafetero fue el mejor hotel, el ambiente, el silencio y La Paz para dormir, las habitaciones limpias muy lindas, lo que uno ve en las fotos es 1000 veces mejor cuando uno sta allá, la atención muy buena, si queres pescar podes hacerlo con un costo adicional pero es un muy buen plan, tiene una mini granja, venden comidas si no quieres salir. Además queda muy cerca de las termales
