Que al momento de llegar al alojamiento luego de tener la reserva confirmada, nos informan que no tenían disponibilidad. viajaba desde Medellín a Santa Rosa de Cabal para ir a Termales y cuandos e llega al lugar nos dicen que no hay habitación disponible.
