Unqualified and unorganized staff.
Pros:

The place was nice.

Cons:

The Hotel's staff didn't let us know our boat transfer was coming before the scheduled time even though the company contacted them. The boat left without us and they made us pay for the taxi back.

Tropical paradise one hour from Cartagena.
Pros:

Lovely beaches and grounds, nice staff, comfortable bed and cabin.

Cons:

Food was just ok. The boat ride is rough, especially coming back in the afternoon.

Nos robaron en el hotel dentro de la habitación, sacaron 200 dólares de mi cartera en la habitación, al ser un hotel bonito uno imagina que la seguridad es uno de los aspectos que cuidan, sin embargo no es así, leyendo otros comentarios acá en booking me percaté que no soy la primera a la que leyendo otros comentarios pasa… y la actitud del gerente para brindar apoyo ante lo sucedido deja mucho que desear

A great place to have a relaxed retreat with beautiful views.
Pros:

The rooms were very cool and made you feel like you had the island to yourself. Staff was very nice and the beach was great!

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit weird given it was outside and a bit uncomfortable. The food was also extremely limited and they didn’t have a lot on the menu. I wish they’d offer more activities.

J'y retournerais avec grand plaisir!
Pros:

Endroit paradisiaque avec de la belle eau cristalline (apportez vos souliers d'eau, c'est rocailleux pour entrer dans l'eau), le personnel est chaleureux et le service impeccable, il y a une plage privé pour les gens qui couchent sur place qui est beaucoup plus calme que celle pour les gens venant passer la journée seulement. Le bungalow est simple, mais confortable : j'ai adoré la douche en plein-air! Le wifi est bon pas mal partout. J'y allais pour le repos et j'ai été bien servi.

Cons:

Le fond de l'eau rocailleux (quoi que ça ne m'est pas dérangé, mais c'est bon à savoir) et le trajet en bateau qui est très "houleux", il y a de grosses vagues, on doit se tenir... C'est un point à tenir compte si vous désirez vous y rendre!

Todo es hermoso, limpio y muy cómodo. El personal es súper amable. La playa privada es espectacular y se siente verdaderamente la tranquilidad.
Ofrecen muchas actividades durante la estancia y siempre hay disponible un kayak en la playa.

Relajante, ideal para desconectar en un isla que se siente muy privada
Pros:

La isla es bellísima! La infraestructura de Isabela es muy buena. La gastronomía del hotel es muy variada y con opciones muy ricas. Hemos pasado 3 noches espectaculares! Destacó la atención del personal, siempre con buena predisposición. La playa es muy bonita y con varias actividades para hacer (kayak, snorkel)

Cons:

Entiendo que es necesario los cortes de luz para mantenimiento de la maquinaria y generadores, quizás el horario de las 15 a 17 es muy caluroso y al no poder hacer uso de un ventilador, se pasa mucho calor durante esas horas. Sería ideal si pudiesen hacer este tipo de mantenimiento en otro horario

Hotel Isla Bella was the perfect blend of relaxation, stunning ocean views, and exceptional service.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and service — everything felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved that my room faced the sea and had a private balcony with breathtaking views, plus direct access to the beach.

The setting was quiet and tranquil, perfect for relaxing, yet just a short walk to the lively party beach with live music and fun activities — the best of both worlds! The food was delicious, and the views were simply amazing.

I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for both relaxation and entertainment in a stunning beachfront setting.

Pas ce que nous attendions
Pros:

L'ambiance et le soleil, les équipements de la plage, le restaurant peu varié mais bon, le personnel dans l'ensemble sympathique y compris la manager.

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas climatisée, des ventilateurs bruyants pour la nuit
Nous étions dans un bungalow en bout de la propriété pensant etre au calme, nous étions réveillé par les moteurs de bateau tous les matins vers 6h00 et nous avons eu le droit un jour à un chantier de coupe d'arbre a coup de tronçonneuse venant de la propriété voisine
Avec notre Bungalow nous avions un transat double face à la mer mais l'aménagement n'était pas fini des fers à béton sortaient de murets laissés à l'abandon (certainement en vue de faire un jolie ponton qui n'a jamais abouti)
La salle d'eau du bungalow tres sommaire et sans eau "tiède" le matin
Coté plage celle ci est bien équipée de transats simples et doubles en nombre suffisant, c'est l'accès à la mer qui est compliqué car pas de sable fin mais un sol de cailloux et de coraux morts, des sandales de bains sont indispensable alors qu'un ponton avec une échelle de bain auraient été les bien venu pour accédé à la partie ou l'on perd pied
Le petit déjeuné avec les œufs au plat trop cuit malgré la demande répété de les faire moins cuit
