Simpatia de todos, sempre prontos a ajudar,, a acomodação era limpa todos os dias, a comida era excelente.

L’accueil par le personnel de l’hôtel a été très chaleureux et agréable.
Le check-in s’est déroulé correctement, nous avons eu connaissance des activités proposées par l’hôtel, bien que chères, à faire sur l’île.
La chambre bungalow est très belle et similaire aux photos. Elle dispose de deux ventilateurs et d’une douche extérieure à l’eau froide.

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. I was solo traveling and for me it was a perfect place to chill and relax. The food was good, beach is beautiful and the manager William did me a huge and kind favor. I stayed for three nights but could’ve stayed longer.

La petite cabane est très mignonne et l’île également. Pour une nuit seulement !

Unfortunately, the experience was not up to the price charged. The operation felt extremely disorganised, with a rather strange and rigid setup overall.

On arrival, you are given a briefing that feels more like a long list of rules. While most of it is common sense, it is delivered in an uncomfortable and oddly formal way. To make matters worse, our booking was not even on the system when we arrived.

Throughout the stay, every request, even something as simple as asking for a bottle of water, required staff to communicate over the radio for approval. It gives the impression that no one is empowered to make decisions, and that clearance is needed for everything.

We have travelled extensively throughout Colombia and visited many islands. At this price point, you can find far better options with a much higher level of comfort and organisation.

There was no complimentary water in the room, no kettle for making a hot drink, and overall the experience simply did not represent good value for money.

The location is good, but that applies to almost everywhere on these islands, so it doesn’t really set this place apart.

Overall, it was not the kind of relaxation, enjoyment, or professionalism I would expect, and certainly not what I look for in a stay of this level.

Care for details, privacy and right on the beach side

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel.
La plage privée même si la 2e plage accessible aux touristes à la journée était mieux (moins de coraux). Le prêt de serviettes de plage quotidien.
Cadre très sympa, impression d'être seuls au monde le soir, une fois les derniers touristes partis.

Hotel Islabela is the absolute best hotel you can stay on the Rosario Islands. Their private beach is so quiet, serene and beautiful and their public beach is an absolute blast. Total good times, music, turquoise ocean water, soft sand, amazing drinks, cold beers, great food and just a wonderful small island atmosphere and chill vibe.
We did a snorkeling tour with Hotel Islabela which was totally amazing, beautiful and very reasonable. The tour guides are top notch.
The grounds of the hotel are meticulously maintained and beautiful.
The best part of the stay were the people. Hotel Islabela team are the best. William the hotel manager truly makes your welcome and stay here unforgettable with his warm smile and friendly service, He and Francesco, Roya and all the other staff here go out of their way to make your vacation truly a wonderful life experience. We will be back!

Un paraíso

Dar las gracias al gran personal que tienen, desde el puerto hasta los que están en la misma isla muy amables y atentos a todas nuestras necesidades como familia. La comida tiene el valor justo de un restaurante de una isla. Las playas privadas que tienen solo geniales (les recomiendo arrendar o comprar zapatos para el agua) también van pasantes a una playa distinta donde hay más música y entretención. La cabaña que nos tocó súper limpia y linda con vista al mar con playa privada y solicité una cuna y cumplieron

It is very quiet and peaceful. The water is calm and very clear. We enjoyed all the birds and natural setting. The staff was very attentive.
We are definitely coming back!

Our stay in the Pechara suite was incredible! The staff here are amazing as well from William, the restaurant staff and tour guides all were so friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Absolutely love Islabela hotel and will recommend it to friends and family and anyone else! Will be back for sure.

Esta isla es un sueño hecho realidad. Todo fue maravilloso, desde las hermosas habitaciones hasta la tranquilidad de la isla, la deliciosa gastronomía y la sensación de relajación que experimentamos a diario. El director de orquesta, el Sr. William, siempre fue hospitalario y estuvo disponible para asegurar que todo saliera perfecto, siempre con amor y pasión.
