Pros:

Ubicación bastante tranquila, muy cerca de la 70, recepción 24h, habitación limpia y con limpieza diaria, proporcionaban jabón y champú si necesitabas, servicio de lavandería y secadora por un costo de 15.000 COP cada una, habitación bastante amplia. Aire acondicionado funciona bien, muy necesario ya que en la habitación almenos en la 9ª planta hace mucha calor, ya que le da todo el sol…

Cons:

Hormigas por la habitación, no tienes ningún utensilio de cocina en el apartamento si no bajas a recepción a pedirlos. No te proporcionan ni café, ni sal, ni aceite, ni azúcar… nada.
Iglesia justo al lado que suenan las campanas a las 6am y se oyen mucho, habitación poco insonorizada…
Pedimos Check-out tardío y nos dijeron que era posible porque no iba a venir nadie a esa habitación después pero por un precio de 40.000 COP por HORA, me parece abusivo…

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The personnel was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the service made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Nice Room, Loud Neighborhood
Pros:

The room is nice. Especially, the shower. I like having a kitchen area, fridge, etc.

Cons:

No breakfast. The neighborhood of the hotel, is in the absolute loudest area. From the music, to the traffic, especially the motorcycles, to the loudest birds. If you are a light sleeper and loud noises bothers you, this isn't the hotel for you. There was also some construction going on at the hotel or next door. The front desk staff have a flat affect. They aren't friendly or unfriendly. The nicest staff at the hotel are the housekeepers. They greeted us and they helped us with a smile.

Pros:

Lokalizacja, w otoczeniu dużo kawiarni, miejsc gdzie można zjeść śniadanie.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to, że nie było suszarki, poza tym wszystko było idealnie

Obsługa w recepcji znakomita 10/10. Pomocna i z niczym nie było problemu. Nawet można było się dogadać po angielsku, co jest ogólnie jakąś tragedią w Kolumbii, może 1% społeczeństwa posługuje się tym językiem… w pokoju nie było suszarki, czajnika, a na zapytanie wszystko zostało w sekundę załatwione, wystarczy iść do recepcji

Cons:

Hałas!!!! Ogromny hałas. Jest tak głośno, że nie można wcale spać. Tylko i wyłącznie w zatyczkami do uszu. Były w hotelu, ale następny razem muszę dokładniej wybierać hotele. Kościół to jakaś tragedia, dzwony, śpiewy, modlitwy od rana, bardzo głośno. Poza tym czystość pokojów, szafki w kuchni się kleiły, łazienka nie doczyszczona … Ale zauważyłam że w całej Kolumbii podobny syf, nie jest to standard Europejski. Niby zdjęcia oddają to jak wygląda pokój, ale to są zdjęcia jak pokój był nowy.

Only rooms at the silence area are good!
Cons:

The front desk staff… we’ve asked by chat for rooms at the silence area, but got rooms at the noisy area. The staff didn't care and didn't want to switch the rooms because that would mean a loss of revenue.

As soon as someone cooks in the apartment, the smell drifts through the hallway and the ventilation system into the other rooms on the floor.
