The property was immaculate. The staff are all caring especially Carolina. She took the time to actually know us and asked me about Canada where I’m from.

The beach is pretty, the pool is very nice, and the staff are kind, but there are issues. Our room was basic. It was supposed to have an ocean view, which it did, but only if you were standing up! Pretty disappointing. The balcony area outside our room was shared, not private, and there were too few chairs for everyone to even sit down. We asked for more chairs but they were never provided. There was also a very bright light on the balcony which stayed on all night and shined into our room. Although it was supposed to be turned off by 10:00, it never was. Food was just ok, though I did have a very good pina colada one day. Staff are kind and helpful. Pool is great, though what appears to be a hot tub or jacuzzi in the photo does not contain hot (or even warm) water. Beach is eroded and not really swimmable. They screwed up my booking so that I was charged twice. Still waiting for a refund.
