Very nice small hotel, a few blocks from the main square, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is great and I would suggest this hotel to anyone who stays in Jardin

A lovely quiet location at the edge of Jardin, but less than a 10 minute walk from central activities. The upstairs balcony is beautiful.
The breakfasts were terrible- the worst coffee we had in Colombia. The room was incredibly small

La ducha no llego el agua caliente.
Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom zentralen Platz. TukTuks fahren für 5000 Pesos, wenn man nicht laufen möchte. Zimmer sauber und gutes Badezimmer. Vielleicht eher etwas kleine Zimmer und nur ein Fenster zum Gang. Für 2-3 Nächte aber überhaupt kein Problem und sehr empfehlenswert.

Ne se puede descansar a la media noche llego un grupo de borrachos que se pusieron a parchar y gritar en la zona común sin que el guardián no dice nada tuvo que salir a pedir descanso y que no sirve

De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De hygiene en netheid van het complex waren goed op orde. Tevens vind ik de locatie geweldig omdat vanaf het hotel wandelingen kunnen worden gemaakt.
De kleine inpandige kamers zonder raam, indien mogelijk, niet voor kiezen.
De kamer met balkon was prima.
Beautiful property away from the noise of the main town but in easy walking distance of the main square. The hosts were helpful and engaging. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was excellent.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful with all our questions and gave us many recommendations. They also did a big effort to make themselves understandable as we do not speak Spanish very well. Even with last minute questions, they alsways had a solution ready for us. Lovely people!
Shower didn't get very hot.
The absolute sweetest staff. The place was immaculate and the ambiance was lovely. Super comfy bed!

Cute hotel, great price for what we had with breakfast included. I'm traveling with my two teen sons (one is nearly 2m) it's difficult to find places with enough beds that long enough, this hotel met the need. It was a great stop for us on a long road trip through zona cafetera.
Nothing.
This hotel is a complete scam. The rooms looked nothing like the photos—run-down, dirty, and clearly misrepresented. We checked in, left briefly to get food, and realized just how far it was from the actual town square—completely isolated, nowhere near what they advertise. We returned, grabbed our bags, and left immediately.
When I raised our concerns, the staff offered nothing but lies and excuses. To make it worse, they’ve since posted false claims on Google saying we left “without reason.” That’s a deliberate lie—pure damage control to cover up the truth.
Just look at their reviews: their star rating has plummeted over the past year, and the only positive reviews left are from five years ago. That says everything. I strongly encourage travelers to actually read the recent bad reviews and check the timeline—they reveal a clear pattern of deception and decline.
We’re disputing the charge through our credit card company. If you’re a foreigner, be especially careful—they’re counting on you not fighting back. Avoid this place at all costs.
