Das Personal, der ganze Vibe und die Lage waren super. Alle sind freundlich, es ist abends ruhig und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause ☺️

Cons:

Die Luft im 8er-Schlafsaal D6 ist leider echt nicht gut. In den höheren Stockwerken ist dies aber deutlich besser!

Pros:

Located a 5 min walk from pl. Bolivar. Not very central, but thanks to that quiet. Great and helpful staff. Very tasty breakfasts.

The stuff was amazing. they allways available in whatsup. i arrived early in the morning by airplain and they gave me the room before check in so i could rest. so sweet! also i wanna thank to Nicolay from the reception, who helped me book in spanish by phone after the website ot the turmales gave me a hard time. the location is perfect, close to the canter but with a great view. the balcony with the mountains and fresh air was georgious.

Cons:

maybe more light in the room would help! had to go to the shower to read 😄

Dit is echt een perfecte plaats om op een rustige manier Salento te verkennen: de ligging (net buiten het drukke stadsdeel), het personeel die ook Engels praat, die op voorhand ongelooflijk professioneel communiceert en ondersteunt., die ter plaatse het elke gast comfortabel maakt, ….
Als ontbijt kan je telkens kiezen uit 7 verschillende soorten ontbijt, wat elke dag een ander soort ontbijt mogelijk maakt, je meldt je s’morgens aan het onthaal aan, zegt het soort ontbijt je wenst en met een kleine nota begeef je je naar de keuken waar ze je ontbijt klaarmaken.
Je hebt heel wat plaats om mensen te ontmoeten: er is een binnenruimte, er is een gigaterras, er is een ontspanningsruimte (waar wij Wereldkampioenschap volgden).
Het is een prachtige omgeving om diverse zaken te doen.
De organisatie biedt zelf ook een tour aan en bouwt mee aan jouw activiteiten.
Momenteel breiden ze verder uit, ook dit gebeurt met de nodige zorg naar gastan.
Prima verblijf hier gehad, dank je wel.

Helpful staff, but noisy nights

The staff were helpful and answered all my questions about hiking in the area. The views are nice.

Cons:

Even though it's on the edge of town, away from the crowds, the area the building is in is quite noisy. There are lots of motos coming up and down the hill outside, many dogs that bark through the night, and also roosters that seem to crow from very early. I stayed in the deluxe double room, and asked to change room twice - first away from the farms and dogs, then away from the road outside. Although the staff were helpful with facilitating this, it didn't help much and I still needed earplugs to sleep. I also thought the included breakfast was a bit lackluster, small portions, and it would have been nice to get some fruit juice. I did get a good deal on the room, but still paid about US$60 a night, which is what I've paid for other hotels in Colombia with much nicer breakfasts and better equipped rooms. Oh, and I didn't really appreciate being asked to wear a wristband during my stay.
