Un lugar excelente, Supremamente limpio hay zona de Jacuzzi, Sauna.
Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en mi caso fui porque quería conocer lugares importantes de Medellín y era todo relativamente cerca, el personal muy atento.. El desayuno incluido es delicioso muy generoso!!
Viaje con mi bebé y todo el tiempo me sentí tranquila también hay parqueadero cubierto, literal llegas y no tienes que salir a buscar nada todo está a tu servicio.

Cons:

El check Out fue a la 1 de la tarde entiendo que es la política del hotel pero donde me he hospedado siempre es hasta 3pm.

Cons:

El sanitario no llenaba bien el tanque, informamos y nos dijeron que estaba presentando problemas así que no resolvieron, nos prestaron un balde.

Las escaleras son angostas y complica para ir con equipaje pesado porque no hay ascensor
