Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, desde la habitación hasta las áreas comunes y el personal siempre con una buena atención, en general fue muy agradable la estadía.
La amabilidad de su personal en especial la practicante de la recepción y el otro recepcionista son muy amables. La comida del restaurante excelente.

Me gustó que el hotel tiene restaurante, así que puedes desayunar, almorzar o cenar allí mismo sin complicarte. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable y perfecta para descansar. También me encantaron los balcones de las habitaciones; en la noche es muy chévere sentarse a ver la ciudad desde ahí.
La atención del personal fue muy buena.
Además, la ubicación es excelente: está en pleno centro, a dos cuadras de la Plaza Alfonso López y muy cerca de restaurantes como Compae Chipuco. Si estás en plan de compras o quieres moverte caminando por la zona, es una ubicación muy práctica.
Realmente no tengo quejas. Todo me gustó y quedé muy satisfecha con mi estancia. Ojalá quienes se hospeden también lo disfruten tanto como yo.

el patio, la zona del restaurante cerca a la piscina, es excepcional y amplio.
Olor a humedad, a cañería, a madera vieja, instalaciones algo desvencijadas. Falta meterle amor ($$$) al hotel porque se nota que los años empiezan visiblemente a pasar factura.
