Pros:

Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. El desayuno completo y el muchacho que atiende el restaurante muy amable.
El hotel está bien ubicado y tiene buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

El personal del lobby le falta servicio, diligencia y amabilidad. No saludan, son parcos. Me dio un control remoto y la habitación no tenía TV, se lo dije y no hizo nada. Me asignaron una habitación múltiple que no pedí.

El hotel no tiene parqueadero sino que tiene convenio con uno que queda en la misma cuadra, donde el que atiende es poco amable, el parqueadero es estrecho y tiene goteras.

Good hotel in the center
Pros:

Great location on the main promenade in the center of the city. There was no window (room 105) but I didn't mind.. Breakfast was rich, traditional colombian. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned regularly.

Cons:

I believe this is specifically related to room 105. It was located next to the terrace with the view to the promenade. Doors to the room were not isolated, actually there was an air window above the door. This together caused that I heard all the noise from the street and from the people sitting on the terrace like they were sitting next to me (doors to the terrace never closed). This caused to be impossible to fall asleep before midnight. The noise was really annoying. So for me this room is no go in the future.

Chambres propres. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux.

Cons:

Chambre à proximité des Clim extérieures. Donc nuits de fond toute la nuit. Sommeil léger s’abstenir ou bien choisir sa chambre.

La ubicación

Cons:

El ruido es bastante complejo en la habitación que da hacia a la calle y l ruido del semáforo del peatón . Una pared sucia y basura de otro huésped en un Closeth . De resto todo está bien para su precio. El personal fue muy amable me gustó la atención .

Pros:

Nada. Pésimo servicio. Se plantea un presio en la reserva y se cobra un valor mayor. El desayuno lo sirven tarde. Mucho ruido dentro de las instalaciones. , hasta olor a marihuana dentro del hotel. La línea de recepción no sirve. A debe d bajar a pedir o hablar d algo. No cambie d hotel por q se reservaron las 3 noches. Venia d trabajo x tanto no tenia tiempo d buscar otro lugar.
