El hotel estaba cerrado
Me gustó mucho su ubicación, queda muy cerca de todo. Es tranquilo el lugar. Además la atención fue muy buena, muy cálidos y atentos.

The location is fine in Honda and has a great terrace available for guests to access with a great view of town. That's fantastic!
Hotel has a vibe that used to be really lovely and it seems that it had a great appearance some time ago but is a bit left behind regarding care and maintenance.
Sra. Esperança is kind. It's a basic hotel which is no problem but they should be honest about it. The location is in the centre on a busy road, but between 22h. and 6 h. there is little trafic.
Due to the bus schedule I informed the hotel I would arrive at 12.30 h. but I had to wait until short before incheck time to get my room. They said it was not ready, but there are many rooms and that night not many guests. On Booking their incheck time is 15 h. so this is acceptabele but not hospitable. The next day I went out and came back around 15.30 h. and the entrance was closed. There was a phone number on the door but I got an answering machine, the phone number on Booking also gave an answering machine. Very expensive and useless calls if you don't have a Colombian phone! So I stayed 2 nights and got shut out twice. Then kindness is not very helpfull.
