Cons:

Separé la habitación con buen tiempo de antelación, pagué más de la mitad del precio acordado y sin embargo, a último momento, antes de llegar al lugar, me cancelaron sin un aviso de mínimo 1 día.
Se supone que la descripción del hotel advierte cancelar reserva gratis, con 5 días antes de la fecha reservada, pero como es posible que ellos cancelen justo el mismo día que ya uno está viajando hacia el lugar, no dan chance de buscar otro hospedaje y tampoco dan solución alterna. Exigen, pero no dan cumplimiento a sus reglas.

Bearing in mind the cost and the good staff the hotel is rated satisfactory
Pros:

They dont serve breakfast at all. The hotel lacation is far from the city center. Payment is requisted for the whole period upon arrival.

Cons:

Tried to charge me 10% for debit card. Tried to tell me that I didn't book a room with A/C. No toilet seat or shower head in bathroom. Charged me 20000 pesos because my friend visited me in my room. Just very rude staff. I have been living in hotels for 2 years while traveling and this was one of the worse experiences I have had

It's just seems like a small hotel to just overnight and go.
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Room is very small, no closet, no refrigerator and very noisy. You could hear very loud talking in the hallways and even in other rooms. Not worth the price I paid.
