A little zen in the middle of hustle and bustle
Pros:

Quiet location to get a good night sleep and a break from a city, beautiful relaxing design, comfortable beds and the reception staff is absolutely amazing! They took an amazing care of us, muchísimas gracias!

Great service and a quiet location, but disappointing for the price.
Pros:

The service was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was genuinely kind and always willing to help. I also liked that tea, coffee, and water were available 24/7 at no extra cost.

Cons:

The decor is not functional, and because the lighting is so warm and poorly placed, it creates harsh shadows throughout the room, making it very difficult to see properly. Even though the room has many windows, opening the curtains means people on the street can see directly inside, leaving you with no privacy.

The Wi-Fi signal barely reached our room, and the breakfast options were extremely limited for a hotel at this price.

Buen hotel en barrio tranquilo
Pros:

Hotel boutique está hecho con cariño, bien decorado. Las habitaciones bastante amplias, hay espacio para ropa y maletas.
Personal muy amable, nos cambiaron habitación.

Cons:

Para desayuno hay solo dos opciones - cereales y huevos.

Está un poco lejos de centro poblado, unos 20 minutos, pero no sé escucha casi ruido por la noche.

Las habitaciones con ventana horizontal pequeña son un poco oscuras y cálidas

Cuando vuelva a Medellín buscaré a SUI boutique de nuevo para quedarme
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue el diseño de los espacios y la amabilidad de todos los que trabajan aquí. Me encantó que nos recibieran con una bebida de cortesía y que nos ofrecieran café delicioso a cada rato! El desayuno que venía incluido estaba muy rico.

Cons:

La habitación en la que nos quedamos es muy linda pero solo tenia unas ventanas pequeñas en la parte de arriba de una pared entonces se sentía demasiado oscuro todo el tiempo.

Overpriced para lo que proponen.
Cons:

El cuarto no tenía luz natural y, aun así, costaba lo mismo que el de mi amiga, que sí tenía patio. Cuando pedí en recepción una explicación por una diferencia tan grande en calidad, me dijeron que era porque lo había reservado a través de Booking. Por un precio de USD 250 por noche, esperaba una experiencia mucho mejor. No volvería a hospedarme allí.

Pros:

The experience was beyond my expectations at the boutique hotel. Many of the staff spoke English and were always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.
