Poloha v centru města.
Wir waren jetzt in drei Etappen zum arbeiten in Brünn und ich hatte drei verschiedene Zimmer. Alle waren sauber. In Zimmer 1 dürfte der Boden gerne erneuert werden. Zimmer 7 war gut bisschen Treppen steigen nach einem harten Arbeitstag war schon anstrengend. Zimmer 2 und 3 sind die besten. Sie liegen Pattere im Innenhof und waren top. Die Infos zu dem Zugang kamen per Whatsapp oder Mail, das hat sehr gut geklappt. Man bekommt einen Code für die Türen, und da kann es schon zu Problemen kommen. Allerdings wird euch schnell per Anruf ( englisch) geholfen. Die ALge ist top, direkt im Zentrum und in der Nacht aber ruhig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen, aber nur Zimmer 2&3 :-)

Všechno je vždycky skvělé.
Staff was very nice and helpful. What I app the most was that we could do the early check in which really helped us a lot because we were long way traveling the day before. Thank you one more time 🙏🙂

Vybavene vsetko online, aj check-in.
Ustretovy personal, dodatocne sme si dohodli neskorsi odchod.
Nedaleko restika s ranajkami za primeranu cenu.
Dvor, ktorym sa prechadza a budovy oproti izbam su starie a menej udrziavane. Ale nevadilo nam to, vacsinu casu sme boli v meste.
Dvoulůžkový pokoj s vlastní koupelnou. V koupelně velký sprchový kout,silný proud vody, fén. V pokoji velká pohodlná postel, lednička,televize, trezor, varná konvice, presso, káva a čaj,nádobí na přípravu nápojů. Všude čisto. Vstup pomocí kódu na klávesnici u hlavního vchodu i do pokoje. Poloha v centru hned u nám Svobody.
Jediné co chybi jsou sítě proti hmyzu v oknech.
Walking distance to the old town, walking distance to public garage parking, nice room with everything we needed for our stay.
El sitio estaba sucio (pelos por el suelo, manchas en el baño, dejé la mochila en el suelo y la levanté llena de pelusas), olía mal, a ambiente cargado. Era difícil de ventilar porque daba a un patio interior. Abajo hay un bar y parte de las mesas están en ese patio interior y se oye. En nuestro caso, solo pasó una noche porque justo cerraron o trasladaron el bar; los vimo recogiendo todo el material. Hacía calor y fue difícil bajar la temperatura incluso cuando refrescó en la ciudad por el tema que comento de que era difícil de ventilar.. La ducha tragaba mal. La cama no era cómoda.

Pokoj i koupelna hezká, postel pohodlná
Bohužel jsme bydlely v přízemí, s okny do nepříliš vzhledného dvora, kam ústí vzduchotechnika vedlejšího domu, takže hluk, bylo velké horko a okno se dalo otevřít pouze k zarážce, pokoj bez klimatizace 🥵 naštěstí jsme byly ubytované pouze jednu noc.
Snídani v ceně jsme si mohly odpustit, podávala se ve vedlejší ulici v kavárně, kde vám dají pouze jeden nápoj dle výběru např.čaj, kávu nebo džus už si musíte doplatit. Nabídka snídaní kavárny sestávala povětšinou ze suchých - podle tvaru a chuti rozmrazených - toustů či sendvičů, hemenex docela dobrý - vím, že to je problém kavárny, ne ubytovatele, ale dobré vědět dopředu - snídani si opatřit po vlastní ose 😉
Pokud přijedete autem, počítejte ještě s další sumou 430,- Kč za parkování za noc ( nemůžu napsat za 24 hodin, protože tak dlouho jsme tam neparkovaly), parkovací dům u Janáčkova divadla je od ubytování asi deset minut cesty
