Útulné ubytovanie v krásnej oblasti
Pros:

Dostali sme chutné raňajky, s príjemným personálom. Pred ubytovaním sa nachádza parkovacie miesto. Izba bola vybavená novým nábytkom.

Paní recepční / servírka byla moc milá. Připravila nám skvělou bohatou snídani.

Cons:

Překvapilo nás, že pro uskladnění kol přes noc, jsme si museli doplatit garáž za 200 Kč. Problém byl, že v garáži byl vozík a nebylo tam dost místa. 3 kola jsme tam nacpali, ale víc by se nevešlo.

Doporučuji. Je zde moc pěkná příroda . Jizera , Riegrova a Kamenická stezka ,Kozákov, Vranov........
Pros:

Velmi příjemná obsluha , výborná kuchyně . Ochotný personál. Parkování u hotelu. Hotel nedaleko centra města. Skanzen přes ulici. Funkční WI-FI . Hotel je skvělý výchozí bod jak pro pěší , kolaře tak i motoristy.... V sezoně možnost i posezení na terase.

Pros:

Freundlich, unkompliziert beim Ein- und Auschecken, üppiges, leckeres Frühstück. Wunderbar große Dusche. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Leider hat wahrscheinlich die Heizung in der Nacht mehrfach Geräusche verursacht. Sonst war alles bestens für den Aufenthalt.

Sparse and required self-sufficiency - no access to hotel staff.
Pros:

Spacious room. Clean. Warm. Access to balcony. Agata was nice, but I only met her upon check-out.

Cons:

Check in - was told I needed to be there before 3p on Sunday (it was supposed to be between 2p-7p on Sun) in order to have staff available to check me in, or I'd have to call and wait 30 min for someone to let check me in. This left a window of 2-3p for check-in on Sunday. The person who checked me in was busy tending the restaurant, and basically handed me a bill, a form to complete, and then a key. Worse: There was no physical staff available to ask questions of during my 6 night stay. There was one pillow, one blanket, one coffee packet... sparse. Restaurant on main floor was rarely open -- only open before 3p on day I arrived, and on day before I left.
