Pros:

Naprosto vše bylo skvělé, bez chyb a bez vad !!! Tzn. ubytování, jídlo, vybavení... Některé pokoje mají terasu a vstup ve skále... 👍😉👋🧉 Parkování bylo též bez problémů - v ceně... 👍😀

Tolle Lage, aussergewöhnliches Hotel, gerne wieder!

Das einzigartige Ambiente! Im Hotel gibt es so viele Details zu entdecken. Einfach nur schön! Sichere Parkplätze!

Pros:

Lokalita, klidné místo, parkování před hotelem.

Cons:

Zanedbaný pokoj, pavučiny, zašlapané žvýkačky, černá plíseň kolem oken, rez pod baterií ve vaně, praskliny v omítce, kolem 22 h večerní nás překvapil velmi hlasitý zvuk který se opakoval i v 6 h ráno nadcházejícího dne.

Pros:

Parkování zdarma u hotelu. Lahve růžového a červeného vína v ceně.

Cons:

De luxe pokoj pro 2 osoby: pavučina nad postelí, velikost a vybavení neodpovídají kategorii de luxe, výhled do velmi špatně udržované zahrady, pro 2 osoby 1 župan se 2 pásky. Snídaně dobrá-ale opožděné doplňování např. míchaných vajec, stoly nedostatečně utřené. Celkově dojem méně udržovaného hotelu. Restaurace večer nevaří.

Výborná snídaně, milý personál, dobře vybavené fitko, poloha ubytování - jen kousíček do starého města :-).
Celkově jsem byli spokojeni, doporučujeme.

Cons:

V pokoji chyběly háčky nebo skříň na dlouhé oblečení (šaty, kabát). Stejně tak v koupelně - byl jen jeden dvojháček pro všechny ručníky. U umyvadla nebylo ručníky kam pověsit. Stačí dát pár háčků a je vyřešeno. Doporučuji doladit. Taky pozor na polštáře, jsou obří a bolí z nich pak za krkem.

The premises and rooms are great, the wholistic experience underwhelming
Pros:

The entry and parking were good. The staff always tried to help. I enjoyed the integration of the hotel into the rock wall and the way room access was organized. The room was clean and interesting. One of the few hotels that actually has a minibar. The room had a luggage stand. The bathroom was clean, and warm water ran steadily. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The revelation came when the restaurant was closed before official closing hours, with the explanation, "They went home early." The staff was nice but unable to recommend a relevant substitute. Instead of the promised Japanese place, we only found a Chinese buffet (and it's not the US all-you-can-eat kind, but the Czech kind) that was already closed. Similarly, the bed looked and felt like 2 singles put together - not a Queen or King. Again - something I don't expect in a hotel that presents itself as four-star and "boutique and luxurious." So here, I'd rate it as disappointing.
