Unfortunately, the experience had several negative aspects. The staff did not speak English at all, which made communication very difficult.
We arrived at 11:00 in the morning and only asked to leave our luggage and come back later for check-in, but they checked us in immediately and charged us an extra 30 euros without explaining why. Because they didn’t speak English, we were not informed about this in advance.
The bathroom was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. There was a lot of mold, and I am allergic, which was a serious problem for me.
There was no hair dryer in the room, even though we stayed there in December.
Regarding breakfast, it was written in the room that breakfast would be available at 10:00 a.m., but when we went there, no one was present. We knew that breakfast was not included and had to be paid for, but it was still not available as indicated.

Pokoj čistý, krásně uklizený. Snídaně formou bufetu výborná.

Cons:

Bohužel jsme po příchodu do restaurace čekali 20 minut než si nás vůbec někdo všimne. Na jídlo jsme v době oběda čekali 90 minut! Podotýkám, že restaurace v tu dobu nebyla ani z poloviny zaplněná. Obsluha restaurace špatná (pravděpodobně brigádnice).

员工服务很好，在小村子里这酒店整体宽敞大气。希望房东关注我的建议。

早餐不错，服务生热情周到。酒店是一个乡村度假环境。

Cons:

环境很好，院落足够大，停车方便。硬件设施需再改善，比方说床上没有棉布床单，只有一层灰色的化纤床罩，感觉不太舒服，也看不出清洁与否。床头灯有一个不工作。夜间暖气停了，半夜被冻醒，还好在衣柜里又取了张被子盖上。

Amikor megérkeztunk nem volt senki a szállodában, se szemelyzet, se más vendég. Telefonon hivtuk a tulajdonost, aki gyorsan odaért és beengedett, de semmilyen általunk is beszélt idegennyelven nem beszélt.
A szállodában mi voltunk az egyetlen vendégek, amitől sajnos nagyon csökkent a komfortérzetünk (pár órát aludtunk egész éjjel, mert folyamatosan felébredtünk)
Göröngyös út vezet a szállodához, a sötétben óvatosan kell vezetni.
Csúcsszezonban, amikor több a vendég biztosan szép és kellemes hely

Bohužel, v hotelu jsem nakonec nespala. Mohu říci, že bylo čisto, ale když hodnotím lůžkoviny, tak polštář měl řídkou výplň a deka byla tenoučká. To by bylo ještě OK. Vadilo mi ale, že každou půlminutu se ozval ostrý zvuk-zapískání, jako z nějakého požárního hlásiče nebo něčeho podobného. Když jsem to řešila, bylo mi řečeno, že to jsou světla, která reagují na pohyb. Ptala jsem se, zda bude v noci klid a bylo mi řečeno, že když někdo půjde z pokoje, tak se tento zvuk ozve. Nechala jsem otevřené dveře pokoje a zjistila jsem, že i když je na chodbě zhasnuto a nikdo tam nechodí, tento zvuk se stále opakuje. Proto jsem hotel opustila a personálu sdělila, že zde opravdu nemohu spát. V hotelu jsem tedy nespala.

Pobyt v zámečku byl velmi příjemný. Všechno bylo čisté, personál ochotný a jídlo skvělé. Rádi bychom se sem znovu vrátil
