Pros:

Is the 4th time I came to this hotel,is reali nice,clean and friendly environment. The coffee machine on the room just makes you addicted to drink more and more ,I travel with 2 kids each time the pool and spa is perfect for them.

Großes schönes Zimmer, modern, sehr sauber und absolut ruhig, super Frühstück

Bei Ankunft am Nachmittag oder Abend ist das Personal nur telefonisch erreichbar. Die zugesandte Türöffner- Pin funktionierte nicht. Die Lage ohne Auto ist ungünstig und fern der Innenstadt.

Obrovský pokoj, vše perfektně čisté, velký balkón, klid. Vynikající snídaně.

Zklamal mě přístup k hotelu. Na stránce jsem si přečetla, že recepce je oetvřená do 18. Protože jsem plánovala příjezd ve 20 hodin, na recepci jsem zavolala. Člověk, který zvedl telefon mě ujistil, že mi pošlou přístupový kód ke vchodovým dvěřím během odpoledne. Když jsem v 17 hodin v den příjezdu kód ještě neměla, na recepci jsem zavolala znovu a člověk, který zvedl telefon se velmi divil, že zase volám, že mi kód přece pošlou, ať se spolehnu. Kód poté vzápětí přišel. Nicméně bych čekala, že přijde dříve. Když cetuji do cizího města, hotel je na kraji města a recepce po 18 hodině zavřená, nebudu přece riskovat, že se tam ve 20 hodin ocitnu a nedokážu se dostat dovnitř. U hotelu za takovou cenu bych čekala, že přístup bude více proklientský a ne jako v nějaké airbn'b. Také neprofesionálně působilo, že při snídani (která je skvělá) se personál nahlas dlouho bavil o soukromých věcech, přestože jsem tam seděla. Na webu také není uvedeno, že za wellness služby se platí extra, ani kolik to stojí.

Nenápadná budova, ale o to větší překvapení uvnitř. Krásný, čistý, voňavý hotel. Nadstandardně velké pokoje, wellness, pohodlí, milý a vstřícný personál a úžasné, nápadité snídaně a to vše ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Jako bonus parkování. Není co dodat, perfektní :)

Das war gut! Und macht Lust aufs Wiederkommen...

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel am Stadtrand von Brno. Von außen eher unscheinbar passt es sich in die Architektur eines Plattenbaugebietes ein.

Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel und für die Hotelgäste gekennzeichnet. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist Weltklasse, Tram-Haltestelle ist nur etwa 200m entfernt – bis in die Innenstadt sind es etwa 20 komfortable Minuten. Aber nun zum Hotel selbst: Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Herrliche Betten, wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere! Nachts sehr ruhig, sowohl von außen als auch innen. Keine Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern, obwohl voll belegt. Die Lärmschutzdämmung scheint optimal zu sein…

Super vielfältiges Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Auch kleine Leckereien werden extra hergestellt und immer wieder aufgefüllt. Aber was macht nun einen Hotelaufenthalt aus? Natürlich die räumlichen Rahmenbedingungen, Parkmöglichkeiten und Erreichbarkeit mit dem ÖPNV. Viel wichtiger ist aber, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Und das haben wir definitiv gespürt! Die Dame an der Rezeption war absolut freundlich und immer mit einem Lachen auf dem Gesicht anzutreffen. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett und immer unterwegs, um zu schauen, ob etwas aufgefüllt werden muss. Das war für uns der absolute Pluspunkt im Jestebrno – wenn wieder Brno, dann definitiv hier! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

I loved the room, huge, huge bed, lovely bathroom with a bath tub.

Cons:

I could not find the hotel at first, so put up signs also to the reception as it is kinda hidden :)
Also there is no restaurant an if you are driving the whole day you need a proper dinner. So at least give some nearby adresses for restaurants on a walking distance.
