pokoje čisté a útulné, ale vyzdvihl bych hlavně naprosto skvělý personál a i když sem byl zklamaný, že měli SPA v rekonstrukci, tak se nám to snažili vynahradit v horkém letním počasí ledem i s donáškou až na pokoj a trochu nás schladit u sklenky prosecca a doporučuji i možnost si vzít dole v restauraci kávu a ostatní drinky třeba i pozdě v noci, zaplatit druhý den ...super už se těšíme až opět pojedeme do Brna, tak se zde ubytujeme...pokoje

Dobry hotel ze śniadaniem i parkingiem poza centrum.
Pros:

Hotel kameralny , oddalony od centrum. Pokój nowoczesny, czysty, wygodny. Łóżko wygodne ale dla trzeciej osoby była dostawka - rozkładane łóżko. Spodziewaliśmy się łóżka lub rozkładanej sofy, ponieważ wzięliśmy pokój dla trzech dorosłych osób.
Śniadanie w porządku - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przyszliśmy trochę później i niestety części produktów już nie było i nie doniesiono nowych.
Ale to takie malutkie minusy, bo ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni i polecamy to miejsce.

Viel Geld, keine Akzeptanz, keine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit im Notfall

Das Hotel selbst war in Ordnung, jedoch gab es Unstimmigkeiten mit der Kommunikation. Habe dieses Hotel AUCH wegen dem Wellnessbereich gebucht - der wurde in dieser Woche jedoch renoviert. Kein Preisnachlass deswegen, bei 2 Nächten für 657,00 erwartet man Fairness.

Cons:

Es gab dauernd Unstimmigkeiten mit der Kommunikation, mein englisch ist nicht perfekt und deutsch hat keiner verstanden. Habe dieses Hotel natürlich AUCH wegen dem Wellnessbereich gebucht, der wurde in dieser Zeit jedoch renoviert, heisst, er war komplett gesperrt. Bei 2 Nächten für 657,00 erwartet man da schon einen Preisnachlass bzw. Fairness. Das Hauptproblem noch, die Anreise wäre am Freitag gewesen, ich hatte jedoch bei derAnreise eine autopanne, konnte nicht mehr weiterfahren. Verständigung von öamtc, Abschleppdienst war ein Chaos pur, nach zugmaligem Anruf wurde dann ein Abschleppdienst losgeschickt, der nach 5 Stunden Gesamtwartezeit eintraf und uns samt Auto zurück nach Österreich brachte. Trotz 2maligem Anruf und schriftlicher Verständigung von mir an das Hotel, dass es eine Panne gibt, und ich nicht sagen konnte, wann wir in der Tschechei noch eintreffen, wurde mir gesagt es sei kein Problem, Anreise noch spät am Abend möglich, jedoch Rezeptionistin nur bis 20.00 Uhr da, aber sie schicken einen Code an das Handy, damit wir einchecken können. Erst um 20 Uhr waren wir beim öamtc in tulln, mussten danach noch eine Stunde heimfahren, um ein zweitauto/Ersatzauto zu besorgen und hätten danach, es war 21.30 Uhr, uns auf den Weg gemacht. Nur wurde uns leider kein Code vom Hotel geschickt. Deswegen sind wir, schwer enttäuscht, heimgefahren, haben zuhause genächtigt und sind erst m nächsten Tag erneut hinaufgefahren. Das Problem mit dem Code wurde entweder ignoriert oder falsch verstanden, kann es nicht sagen. Wieder selbige Situation, Preisnachlass gab es keinen. Deswegen bin ich schwer enttäuscht, 330 Euro für nichts und wieder nichts bezahlt zu haben.
