Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Geschlossener Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, was sehr angenehm war. Große Zimmer! Trotz sehr später Anreise stand ein komplettes Abendessen auf meinem Zimmer! Das war toll! Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend! Sehr relaxter Aufenthalt!
Poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá! Uzavřené parkoviště před hotelem, což bylo velmi příjemné. Velké pokoje! I přes velmi pozdní příjezd bylo na mém pokoji připraveno kompletní večeře! To bylo skvělé! Snídaně byla také vynikající! Velmi uvolněný pobyt!

Здание со своей большой историей. Есть интересные экспонаты в коридорах. Территория очень ухожена и красива.

Všetko, vrátane personálu, bezproblémová výmena izby - pôvodná nevyhovovala, veľmi ochotná recepčná, vrátane možnosti uskladnenia bicyklov

Dobré, ale...
Pros:

Všetko bolo na vysokej úrovni, interiér, personál, raňajky, vcelku prijateľné ceny. Veľmi nás potešili naozaj dobré koncerty v parku po oba dni v rámci festivalu.

Cons:

Veľmi nepohodlné riešenie umiestnenia postelí na mezonete, prístup cez 10 strmých schodov. Nie je chyba hotela, skôr architekta, ktorý vytvoril veľmi nepohodlný a pre deti a starých ľudí až nebezpečný prístup do nočnej zóny. Ak nebudú mať k dispo izby bez týchto schodov, celkom určite už neprídeme.

owners tried to make a nice hotel but did not think about comfort of clienst
Pros:

the park around the hotel was nice, the hotel from outside was nice, parking the car was nice , the little town was nice and thats about it

Cons:

The hotel room was terrible, the bed was on an entresol, with no lights, windows, fresh air or airco.
its was so warm , as warm air goes up, that even the mobile airco's couldnot cool us down.
At 0800 they , cleaners , start to hover the corridors and that woke us up. Noice.
And breakfast was ok but, every time the sliding door opens en you could see the kitchen and hear all the Noice
Why do I want this , when i am having a breakfast at an hotel.

last thing, all communication by booking from the hotel was not in english!!

Overall bad management and hotel is not the place of internation guests

Pros:

Excellent kitchen. Nice staff. Wide offer of welness procedurs. Perfectly reconstructed castle.

Cons:

I would recomend tall people not to have a room under roof.
