Jinak jsme byli velmi spokojeni.

Cons:

Bazén by mohl byt otevřený i ve všední den od rána. Přístup starší paní na snídani. Asi by si už mohla užívat zaslouženého důchodu. Kávovar je naprosto zbytečně neintuitivní, i když vnuk zmíněné vytvořil manuál, který přece každý přečte i bez brýlí a chlapi jsou technické typy a ty to nám ženským vysvětlí. Bez komentáře.

Összességében nagyon jó benyomásaink voltak, de a nyári hőségben klima nélkül nem tudom, hogy lehet megmaradni a szobákb

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, barátságos, segitokesz személyzet, jó méretű szobák.

Cons:

Superior szobát foglaltunk. Szoba szép volt, tiszta, de a főtérre nézett. A macskaköves burkolat miatt nagyon hangosa forgalom, ablakot nyitni nem tudtunk emiatt, illetve a rendszeresen ütő torony óra miatt nem tudtunk aludni. Emiatt másik szobát kértünk, ami jó volt, tiszta, hátra a parkra nézett, így csendes volt, már jól tudtunk pihenni. A zuhanyzóba alig fértem be (180 cm, 95 kg vagyok).
A reggeli nem változatos, de elég volt. Nagyon finom volt a magos kenyér, de hamar elfogyott és nem pótolták.

Příjemný hotel s dobrým vybavením a usměvavým personálem
Pros:

Skvělý, nadstandardně vstřícný a profesionální personál na recepci i restauraci. Prostorný čistý pokoj s pěkným výhledem. Wellness, kde jsem byl sám, kromě na chvíli jednoho plavce. Příjemná relaxace v suně.

Cons:

Parkování na náměstí (ale auta velmi bedlivě hlídá městská policie :-). Trochu starší vybavení pokoje, ale je to asi úmyslný styl. V sauně a velnes je poměrně teplo a není tu dobrá možnost zchlazení.

Poloha hotelu je moc přijemná. Možnosti parkování i nabíjeni auta v okolí je dostatek.
Presonál je příjemný a přátelský. Do hotelu se rád vrátím a mohu ho doporučit.

Aj po sťažnosti na recepcii som nemal doplnené kozmetické potreby, co si myslím že sa ma dopĺňam každý deň bez upozornenia, izbu som nemal upratané za 5 dni ani raz

bohatá snídaně, káva servírovaná personálem. Restaurace top jídlo a personál na úrovni. Wellness nádhera, v něděli ráno od 7:00 jsme měli celé pro sebe. Krásný rekonstruovaný hotel v centru Hradce, hned vedle Klicperova divadla

Cons:

parkování je přímo na náměstí před hotelem, ale s příplatkem 300Kč/noc, přestože není hlídané. Je to z důvodu omezené kapacity. Měli jsme štěstí, že bylo ještě jedno místo volné, jinak nejbližší parkování dost daleko od hotelu

Out of 3 hotels we stayed in during our visit to Czech Republic this was the worse.
Pros:

The only positive from our stay was that the bed was comfortable.
Also it was a short distance drive from family we were visiting.

Cons:

The bathroom had a funny smell. The sealant in and around the shower cubicle was all black.
It didn't make you feel nice when using shower.
