Sealing in the bathroom could use some refreshemnt and improvement
Ich wurde außerordentlich freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und, nachdem ich mich mit meinen paar Brocken Tschechisch abge-/bemüht habe, mich anzumelden, wurde fast automatisch in ein sehr gutes Englisch gewechselt, um die gegenseitige Kommunikation zu vereinfachen.
Das Prozedere für's mitgebuchte Frühstück sowie die Nutzung des Spabereichs und der Sauna (was ich beides leider nicht genutzt habe) wurden sehr gut erklärt und ebenso selbstverständlich wurde ich gefragt, ob ich mit einem Fahrzeug angereist bin und eine Parkkarte für einen der im öffentlichen Straßenland befindlichen Parkplätze benötige.
Zum Be- und Entladen kann man direkt vor's Hotel fahren. Beim Hinunterfahren vom Platz Malé Náměstí vor dem Hotel ist zu beachten, dass man nicht entgegen einer Einbahnstraßenregelung fährt oder über einen sehr(!) hohen Bordstein auf die Straße! Dies liegt jedoch in der Verantwortung des jeweiligen Fahrzeugführers und NICHT in der des Hotels.
Das Frühstück war als sehr ansprechendes Buffet angerichtet und es bestand die Möglichkeit (Reisezeit Anfang August), auf einer schönen Terrasse im Freien zu essen. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte ebenfalls gut auf Englisch kommunizieren.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bad war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich benötigte.
Besonders schön fand ich einen im Hotel befindlichen (überdachten) Innenhof mit kleinem Wasserfall und Sitzgelegenheiten.
Ich würde in jedem Fall eine erneute Übernachtung in diesem Hotel buchen, wenn ich erneut nach Hradec Králové fahre!
Das ist jetzt "mäkeln" auf sehr hohem Niveau und eher etwas, das verbessert werden könnte, jedoch keine Punkte, die wirklich schlecht zu bewerten wären:
- In "meinem" Zimmer gab es eine Badewanne, in der man geduscht hat - es wäre sehr hilfreich, gäbe es dort einen Duschvorhang, damit man nicht unfreiwillig das Bad flutet
- Gemäß der Infomappe im Zimmer sollte einen das WLAN-Passwort an der Rezeption ausgehändigt werden, dies war bei mir nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir allerdings absolut sicher, dass dies auf Nachfrage (sicherlich mit einer Entschuldigung) geschehen wäre! Dass ich nicht nachgefragt habe, war also meine eigene Entscheidung und daher ebenfalls eine zu vernachlässigende Nachlässigkeit seitens der Rezeptionistin.
Lokalita a služby boli vynikajúce. S jedlom a ubytovaním sme boli tiež veľmi spokojní. Určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime a tento hotel odporúčame všetkými desiatimi!
The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. Even though we arrived quite late, check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink. The room was clean, and the breakfast was wonderful—offering a wide variety of options, including hot dishes and delicious desserts.
Our room faced the main square and a nearby church, making it difficult to sleep with the window open due to church bells ringing through the night and noise from the crowd. Since there was no other way to cool the room, this was a bit frustrating. Additionally, street parking near the hotel was unavailable due to roadwork. Because the hotel lacks private parking—offering only dedicated street spots—we had to park in another square and walk seven minutes with our bags. It would be a nice touch if parking were free or included automatically in the room rate. Overall, the hotel feels like it was fancy at one point and is now slightly dated, but it was still clean and comfortable enough for our stay.

Hotel jsme vybírali záměrně kvůli klidu, ale pobyt byl velmi nepříjemný. Naproti oknu našeho pokoje (který sám klimatizaci neměl) byla rozbitá venkovní jednotka klimatizace, která celou noc vydávala nesnesitelný pískavý zvuk. Venku bylo přes den více jak 30 stupňů, takže jsme potřebovali v noci větrat, což nebylo kvůli hluku možné. Když jsme to ráno hlásili na recepci, personál nám sdělil, že o závadě vědí - o to víc nechápeme, že do takového pokoje ubytují hosty. Bohužel nemohu tento hotel doporučit.

Byli jsme ubytovaní sice jen na jednu noc, ale byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Snídaně dostačující, bazén a sauna super. Parkování hned u hotelu a navíc skvělá poloha v centru.
Příjemné v centru města.
Na pokoji chybí klimatizace.
