Vstřícnost a ochota personálu.

Cons:

Snídaně není zahrnuta v ceně a doplatek za snídani je v poměru cena/výkon špatný.
Dveře na pokoji (staří) trochu kazí krásu pokoje.

Comfortable lodging not far from Špindlerův Mlýn.
Nice and helpful owners

Cons:

Everything was fine.
I would have liked however more shampoo and soap in the lavatory

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der ruhig hätte etwas länger dauern können.
Pros:

Ein sehr günstiges Quartier mit bequemen Betten und eigenem Badezimmer. Die Landschaft ist auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Wenig Klopapier, aber ich bin damit ausgekommen.

Pros:

Fajn hospůdka, dobré pivo, v pohodě jídlo, milý pan provozní.

Cons:

Hotel je celkově takový ušmudlaný, na chodbách zima, pokoj byl nevytopený a začalo se topit až hodinu po našem příjezdu (centrálně). V pokoji špinavý koberec s fleky, v koupelně urvané kliky od sprchového koutu a problikávající světlo, na záchodě nechutné zažloutlé prkýnko (no tak, nové stojí 100 Kč, je to opravdu nutné?)
V nabídce vypadá lepší, než je. Příště bych jel určitě jinam.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus in sehr schöner Lage.
Pros:

Das sehr kurzfristig von mir gebuchte Hotel war eine wirklich schöne Überraschung auf meiner Radreise.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Essen/Frühstück gut.
