Hezký hotel, ale špína, necítili jsme se tu úplně dobře
Pros:

Na první pohled hezké a moderní.
Dobrá poloha.
Příjemný personál na recepci.

Cons:

Na první pohled se hotel tváří jako hezké lepší ubytování, ale bohužel na pokoji špína. Koupelna pavučina, zanesené obě sprchové hlavice, ve sprše černá plisen na zemi. Na pokoji špinavé parapety, pod postelí a nočními stolky “staletý” prach a pavučiny. Byli jsme tu jen na jednu noc, ale očekávala bych u takovéhoto hotelu pečlivěji uklizený pokoj. Ten prach pod postelí a stolky se určitě neudělal za pár dní, to je dlouhodobá špína. Člověk tohle fakt při spaní dýchat nechce. V minulosti jsme několikrát v Pavlově spali v levnějších ubytováních a měli tam daleko čistěji než v tomto hotelu, který se tváří jako lepsi.
Snídaně dobré, fajn výběr, ale bohužel jsme museli jíst vedle neuklizeného nádobí a drobků po předchozích hostech. Kdyz jsme přišli na snídani, byly volné jen dva stoly, hotel má velmi maličkou restauraci pro snídaně a stoly moc blízko u sebe a byla to tlačenice, což samo o sobě bylo nepříjemné. No oba volné stoly byly s neuklizeným nadobim, personál nikde, ale sedli jsme si a rekli si, že přece to někdo přijde určitě během chvilky uklidit. No neuklidil. A to kolem paní i pan z personálu prošli několikrát a určitě to viděli, ale prostě to špinavé nádobí po předchozích hostech nechali u nás ležet. Asi si mysleli, že jsme takový brajgl udělali my, no stačilo se zeptat a mohli odnést. Asi bychom se museli sami dožadovat, aby nám stůl uklidili, což mi nepřijde v pořádku, toto host nemá muset řešit.
Příště raději jinam.

Schlechte Schlafschachtel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Leider gab es keine Brötchen sondern nur die Hörnchen und Brot.
Die im Haus angebotene Massage war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Das Mansardenzimmer war als 2 BZ vollkommen falsch eingerichtet. Ein überlanger Sideboard hatte zu einer Ecke des Bettes nur einen kleinen Zwischenraum (etwas 15cm). Da der Zugang zum hinteren Bett aber nur über diese Ecke möglich war, war das sehr problematisch. Das hintere Bett stand weit unter der Mansarde. Dadurch stieß man beim Verlassen des Bettes regelmäßig mit dem Kopf an. Und das sogar als kleiner Mensch - wie soll sich dort ein größerer Mensch bewegen?

Parkplatz im Hof des Hotels muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Darauf wurde nirgends hingewiesen.

Spülung in der Toilette hing immer wieder. Konnte erst mit erneuter Betätigung gelöst werden.

WLAN schlechte Qualität.

Trotz der Nähe zu Österreich nicht ein einziger deutschsprachiger Sender im Fernseher eingestellt.

A well-located property with good value for money, especially for a family gathering. However, there’s room for improvem
Pros:

We booked three rooms for a family gathering, and the location was perfect for our plans. The property offered good value for money, and the lady at reception was helpful and friendly.

There weren’t enough parking spaces on-site, so some of us had to park in the city parking lot nearby, but that was absolutely fine.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the information we received at reception about the restaurant’s opening hours didn’t match the actual opening hours, which was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant staff weren’t always the friendliest, and the breakfast was just so-so. It also wasn’t the easiest experience for someone with food allergies, as the options seemed rather limited. When we went down for breakfast around 9 a.m., some of the food was already running low, and what was left was cold.
