Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Kombination aus Sportaktivitäten und Erholung im SPA-Bereich
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut - große Auswahl beim Buffet und sehr lecker. SPA-Bereich war ebenso sehr gut - Schwimmpool und Whirlpool sind einwandfrei und Sauna ist groß, gepflegt und auf Privatsphäre ausgelegt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der kaputte Föhn war nur in paar Stunden nach der Meldung ausgetauscht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Kühlschrank mit Minibar vermisst. Auch die Kissen waren ein wenig klumpig. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

If the staff was nicer and the food better, this could be a very cool place to be!
Pros:

The pool and the whirlpool are alright.
The location is very good.
The guy at the bar was very nice when I needed help (because I got sick during my stay).

Cons:

Reception was rather unfriendly, instead of being welcomed, I was lectured about parking when I parked my car in their garage.
The staff was not friendly in general.
The overall atmosphere is not friendly at all.

Cons:

U snídaně i večeře neustále nedoplněno a k snídani opravdu ošklivé kafe. Klidně bychom i zakoupili kávu , která se dá pít.

Leider mussten wir das Hotel verlassen, um am Abend noch gemütlich ein Bier trinken zu können.
Cons:

Es ist schade, dass man in der Hotelbar abends kein Bier trinken kann und vom Personal als Hotelgast weggeschickt wird. Das Personal an der Hotelbar war auch sehr unfreundlich und sollte vielleicht an dieser Stelle ausgetauscht werden, da er seine Stellenbeschreibung nicht gerecht wird. Er ist nicht in der Lage, einen Gast vernünftig zu bedienen beziehungsweise zu beraten. Rezeption war in Ordnung und auch das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war super freundlich. Das nächste Mango ist, dass für ein Saunabesuch 20 € verlangt werden für 1 Stunde, obwohl dies in der Hotel Buchung mit angepriesen wird.
