Pros:

It was clean, pretty much as this building falls under the Hilton umbrella, so they have to maintain the standard. Otherwise, the location is average, no shops around other than 7/11 on 10 minutes walk, no restaurant near, just as in the hotel.

Cons:

Extremely dissatisfied with the WiFi
I came for a business trip and need to connect with others on video call & also on a laptop to work, but the WiFi experience was awful, so I switched to another hotel just to save myself from any further headache, also Breakfast menu is mostly Chinese, not much apart from bread & egg, or sugar drinks.

It was close to a mall and halal eateries. The breakfast was ok

The room was very small and the staff were now that friendly. There is no hand bidet in the toilets

Location, and room
Was clean everyday and comfy beds. A lot of halal food near the hotel. And easy to locate. Near malls and big ones. Will be staying here again for my next visit.

Cons:

Need to clean the dust under the bed. And frequently check the toilet at the lobby. Tissues were everywhere on the floor.

reasonable but internet was terrible for calls and smoke smell in non smoking room.
Pros:

Location and breakfast was good

Cons:

Non smoking room smelt of smoke and it leeched into my clothes. Had to give my clothes a wash after. I think because it shares communal vent/AC facilities with the smoking rooms.

Hotel and staff both were upto the mark - Recommended!
Pros:

Everything was upto the mark. The staff can communicate in average English which makes it very helpful considering you are in Guangzhou and hardly anyone speaks English.

Cons:

Things are pretty well managed. Nothing to complain!
