Hotel Rakovec

There were only a view small things that would be good to adjust.
Rooms: There was nothing to darken the room efectly ( like curtains) i needed a black-out mask to sleep.
Checkout: The checkout at 10:00 is quiet early -in my holidays i like to sleep,so it is kind of stressfull to leave a room that early.
Breakfast: Breakfast is until 10 -that is ok but again, some people prefer to sleep longer. Not many options for breakfast, i am used to way better breakfast in hotels.What was really bad for me as a vegetarian was that they put the fried eggs together with sausages and the cheese with the cut bacon.Even in the scrambled egg was bacon. It was very discuisting and i barley found something to eat. Please considers Vegetarians ( and vegans) and keep eggs/sauseges/cheese /cold cut sepperated!It is also more hygenic.Some fruits and more offers in genersl would be nice.
Wellness: The pool was very strongly with chlorin-and i am not sensitive!There is less aggresiv ways to keep the pools clean today-or just use less. Also noone came to clean the glasses of the people before,brought freshglasses or refill the water with fruits for drinking .Also it took a long time until someone came to serve us-and then they let the dirty stuff there too. Even if we are the last guest of the day, you want evetyone to hsve a clean place with evrrythink they need.

Das Zimmer war wirklich eine Zumutung , es gab keinen Tisch, es gab keinen Stuhl, es gab im Eingangsbereich keine Garderobe. Alle Sachen musste man aufs Bett legen oder auf dem Fensterbrett. Es gab nur 5 oder 6 tschechische Sender zu empfangen aber keine deutschen Sender, was in der heutigen Zeit eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte. Das Bad war wiederum absolut in Ordnung.
Es wird aber von mir keine Empfehlungen geben und ich werde dieses hotel nicht mehr buchen, obwohl ich sehr viel in Brno bin.

Noise during the night

Pobyt w tym hotelu był dużym rozczarowaniem. Wynajmowaliśmy dwa pokoje i niestety w obu wystąpiły poważne problemy z czystością i standardem.

W pokoju mojej siostry pod poduszką znajdowały się czyjeś włosy, co jasno wskazuje na niedokładne sprzątanie. Pościel była zakurzona, a dodatkowo ze ściany odpadał tynk.

W naszym pokoju łazienka była w bardzo złym stanie technicznym – przy prysznicu widoczny był grzyb i wilgoć w silikonie, co jest niedopuszczalne ze względów higienicznych.

Najbardziej szokująca sytuacja miała miejsce po powrocie ze śniadania – cały pokój był pełen mrówek. Znajdowały się one na podłodze, ścianach oraz w łazience, co całkowicie uniemożliwiało komfortowy pobyt.

Śniadanie również pozostawiało wiele do życzenia. Wybór był bardzo ograniczony i niezgodny ze zdjęciami prezentowanymi na Booking. Produkty nie wyglądały świeżo – na pomidorach znajdowały się włosy, bułki były nieświeże, a obsługa nie uzupełniała brakujących produktów.

Niestety standard hotelu jest zdecydowanie niższy niż deklarowany. Nie polecam tego miejsca.

Menimme illalla hotellin ravintolaan, tarjoilija toi ruokalistat tilasimme juomat, ja kun hän toi ne. Hän totesi meille että keittiö on jo suljettu...jäimme ilman ruokaa.

Everything was ok

Variety of breakfast was small, but probabaly we all need to manage expectations.

Na pokoji chyběl odpadkový koš, byl pouze v koupelně a ikdyž tam byla rychlovarná konvice a čaj, mohli by nabízet i jednorázové kafe. Jinak bylo vše moc fajn, už jsme tam byli 2x a určitě zase přijedeme.
