Pros:

Vše na jedničku, příjemné prostředí, personál v restauraci i paní na recepci. Zámek vytváří genius loci. Procházka před večeří po parku s krásnými sochami také přijde k dobru . Ochutnejte v zámeckém sklípku výborná vína, lze objednat ochutnávku.

Not bad but a little uncomfortable
Pros:

Helpful reception staff. Storage for bicycles with tools and a pump was available which was great.

Cons:

Expensive parking, at night there very audible bell sounding every hour, prepaid half board dinner was poor. Standard double room booked through Booking.com was so small that two people couldn’t fit in which is for a hotel of this standard a joke. Only one chair inside and I had to put it in front of a door to make a room. The other person had to sit on a bed.

Super místo v super lokalitě
Pros:

Velmi příjemné ubytování na zámku Valtice za opravdu příznivou cenu, pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný, byl zde klid a veškerý personál neskutečně ochotný a vstřícný. Snídaně byly dostatečné v rámci výběru a vše bylo dobré, takže naprostá spokojenost. Moc se nám tu líbilo a ocenili jsme i pohodové parkování.

Cons:

Obecně jsem čajový k snídani a tak bych uvítal vylepšení, tedy mít k dispozici sypané čaje a k tomu ty jednorázové pytlíčky a zejména konvičky, abych se mohl udělat čas v dostatečném množství, jak jsem zvyklý a vydržel tak déle teplý. S tím by to chtělo také rovnou varnou konvici jen na horkou vodu, aby se pak kvůli tomu neblokoval kávovar:-)

wyjątkowe, klimatyczne miejsce z wyjątkowym uśmiechem i życzliwością Petry

w valtickim zamećky pierwszy raz byliśmy 3 lata temu
Gdy w tym roku wypadała nam przerwa w podróży w tych okolicach bez wahania wybraliśmy ponownie hotel w Zamećku. I jak za pierwszym razem było cudownie. Cisza , spokój , rewelacyjne śniadania ( mała uwaga, co można poprawić: dwa ekspresy do kawy, jest jeden i jeżeli jest więcej chętnych trzeba poczekać, żeby sobie zrobi rewelacyjną kawę) . Pokój miły , cicho , ciepło , bardzo wygodne łóżko. Jest wszystko , co potrzebne w podróży. Rzeczywiście nie można podjechać pod samo wejście, aby wyładować bagaże, ale kilka kroków dla poprawy kondycji to zaleta tego miejsca, a nie powód, żeby narzekać. I wisienka na torcie : obsługa , szczególnie w recepcji. Życzliwość, profesjonalizm, wszystko jest możliwe i to z bardzo miłym, pięknym i szczerym uśmiechem Petry. Taka osoba , która tak naprawdę jest identyfikowana z całym hotelem to skarb. Rzadko można spotkać tak profesjonalne i miłe podejście do gości. Gdyśmy mogli wystawić jeszcze wyższą ocenę, to bez wahania byśmy to zrobili ( dla Petry 10 i więcej❤️) Dorota i Robert

Úžasná lokalita, příjemná recepční, čistý pokoj, milá pozornost ve formě minerální vody na přivítanou.
Oceňuji také velmi dobrý snídaňový bufet.

Cons:

Jen drobnost - nemožnost regulovat teplotu místnosti a v koupelně bychom uvítali sprchu na tyči.
