The location is very nice.

Cons:

We had a very bad experience during breakfast.
We arrived at the breakfast room during our timeslot allocated by the Hotel and the waitress asked us to leave, arguing that they didn't have tables available (the room was almost empty). We tent to think it was an intentional act of discrimination. It made us feel very uncomfortable and frustrated. I would never go back to this hotel. I am a regular customer of booking and never had such a bad experience.

Pros:

В принципе не плохо ,кровать была удобной но достаточно 2-3 дня. Но отель нельзя назвать санаторий, ничего особенного.

Cons:

Завтрак не очень. Бассейн маленький и лучше спрашивать заранее если нету никого по записи в определённое время. Соляная пещера обсолютный муляж даже не тратьте деньги на пещеру.

Für übernachten OK
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Zimmer waren sauber. Als Wellnesshotel kann man es nicht bezeichnen. Check in zu kompliziert und zeitaufwendig trotz vorherigen online check in. Frühstück OK.

Cons:

Lange check in Zeit und komplizierte Nutzung von dem Wellness.

No pool - don't let them trick you.
Pros:

The staff was nice but seriously, wish they didn't have to lie.

Cons:

The pool, the main selling point and the picture, just happened to be "closed" the day we arrived. Seriously, this thing was never open. Why do they trick people into thinking there is a pool when there isn't?

Pros:

Были в этом отеле две ночи, всё очень понравилось. Отдохнули суперски, всё чистенько, аккуратно, в комнате есть всё необходимое. Персонал вежливый, дружелюбный. Завтрак отменный.
Отель заслуживает 4 звезды а не три.
Обязательно вернёмся.

Персонал на рецепшене -хамство! Мы такого не ожидали!
Cons:

Нет полотенец для бассейна. Хотя мы были два дня, но номер не разу не убрали и полотенца не менялись. На репешене при заселении на вопрос о том есть ли у них бассейн и сауна и в какое время работает нам ответили, что за два дня проживания мы много хотим. Я понимаю, что отель 3 звезды, но с таким хамством мы столкнулись впервые! Здесь не имеют представления, что люди приехавшие неважно на сколько дней они хотят и да имеют право на все что есть в отеле за что они платят!
Номер был на 5 этаже, над нами бассейн, работал очень шумно, прям с раннего утра и до 20.00.
Шумоизоляция отсутствует даже внутри номера. Все что один делает в ванной абсолютно всё слышно в комнате.
Мы сюда точно больше не вернёмся! И рекомендовать не будем!
