Pros:

Exzellente Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Größe des Apartments, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr nette Kellnerin und netter Koch (der auch nicht davor zurückscheut eine Sicherungskasten zu öffnen, wenn der Lift nicht geht). Das Apartment ist empfehlenswert, wenn man von dem extrem hohen Preis über das MotoGP Wochenende (436,- € für 2 Nächte) mal absieht.

Cons:

Keine wirkliche Ablage beim Waschbecken, keine Hängemöglichkeiten für die nassen Handtücher, Ventilator im Klo ging nicht, keine Nachtkästchen - somit muss man alles auf den Boden legen, kein Personal für Empfang bzw. Einweisung in Gepflogenheiten wie z.b. Taferl an die Tür hängen, damit jemand die Kaffeekapseln austauscht bzw. Wasserflaschen, Bett macht und Müll wegräumt. Die Kellnerin im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfreich und hat zu vermitteln versucht. Mit einem richtigen Check-in hätte man einige Missverständnisse vermeiden können.

Short stopover in Brno
Pros:

The location was great. A very doable walk from the station with suitcases. The lift was also an asset. Being able to look out over the square was fun. The apartment was modern and well appointed.The shower was fab. The cold beer in the fridge was also appreciated and generous. The restaurant downstairs was handy for dinner and our included breakfasts were served there..

Sehr gut aber mit Abschlägen, die man verbessern kann.
Pros:

die Lage für einen Städtetrip ist perfekt. Liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.
der Selfcheck-In war reibungslos und hat gut funktioniert.

das Frühstück war ok und auch reichlich. Jedoch wird man nicht gefragt, was man gerne hätte (wie ein Ei oder Essengewohnten wie vegetarisch oder vegan und/oder glutenfrei), sondern darf auf den bereits gedeckten Tisch Platz nehmen. Es wird nicht frisch serviert außer der Kaffee. -> dies fand ich nicht ok.

Cons:

Keine Ablageflächen im Badezimmer, war für zwei Personen definitiv nicht vorhanden. Auch keine Ablageflächen beim Bett. Sonst sehr viel Stauraum, den man nicht nutzt (glaube ich).

Die Essensgerüche/Kochgerüche aus dem Lokal sind schon heftig, zieht sich tlw. ins Apartment rein. Auch muss ich kritisieren, dass um 7:00 im Stiegenhaus beim Lokal (alles eins) laut herumgeräumt wurde und dadurch wurde man einfach geweckt.

Pros:

Все понравилось, начиная от апартаментов. Очень удобная кровать, подушки. Хороший персонал. Убирали каждый день, но не меняют постельное белье. Шикарная шумоизоляция + хороший кондиционер. Светлый номер.

Cons:

Не было каждый день новых полотенцев, но не критично. И запах от ресторана, при входе.
