Pěkný pobyt s výhradami
Pros:

Celkově jsme byli spíše spokojeni. Snídaně jsou velmi dobré ,ale ne úplně vynikající. Restaurace na dobré úrovni, ale opět ne úplně top. Masáže byly super, wellness skvělý, bazén s velmi příjemnou teplotou. Na recepci slečny velmi ochotné a milé.

Cons:

Byli jsme na delším pobytu v apartmá a vadilo nám ,že obsluha v restauraci odmítla náš požadavek na rezervaci konkrétního stolu na každodenní večeře i když hotel nebyl ani zdaleka plný. Na závěr pobytu nám byla naúčtována útrata od vedlejšího stolu (cca.4.500,-) i když účet námi nebyl podepsán. Při reklamaci na recepci se slečna recepční velmi snažila, ale neuměla tuto chybu opravit. Příchozí manažer byl velmi neochotný, neměl nejmenší snahu se za tuto nepříjemnost omluvit a pravděpodobně neuměl tuto chybu také opravit. Odešel do kanceláře a teprve po dlouhé době se mu podařilo účet opravit. Tato událost velmi negativně ovlivnila náš celkový pocit z pobytu. Televize umí jen živé vysílání, nelze sledovat Netflix a ani jiné aplikace. Nejsme velcí TV diváci, ale toto nám nevyhovovalo.

Pros:

I když ubytování nebylo z nejlevnějších, moc se nám pobyt líbil. Hlavně úžasné snídaně s lokálními surovinami.

Cons:

Kuchař v otevřené kuchyni by si mohl odpustit otrávené komentáře. Teenageři ve wellness dělající nepořádek. Masáž od tibetského maséra byla trochu příliš intimní. Neprekrocila žádnou hranici, ale blížilo se to.
