Pros:

Musím pochválit pana recepčního, tuším pan František. Člověk na správném místě.

Cons:

Malá drobnost, rozjížděli se matrace na posteli.

Skvělý pán na recepci. Je to začátek a udělá to hodně.

Cons:

Na pokoji jsou staré parkety pokryté kobercem, ale i tak to hrozně vrže při každém kroku.
Děsím se při snídani otázky: chcete kávu nebo čaj? A bohužel tady ta otázka padla. Za mě byla snídaně spíše hodně průměrná.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Zentral und nah am Park. Von außen macht es einen guten Eindruck.
Der Parkplatz war belegt, weswegen wir einen Garagenplatz bekommen haben.
Die Betten waren bequem.
Zu den Spa-Einrichtungen kann ich nichts sagen, da wir diese nicht benutzt haben.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Tür zum Bad hat laut geknarrt, so dass man sich nachts nicht leise ins Bad schleichen konnte.
Das Bad war groß mit zwei Waschbecken.
Es gab eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.
Alles in allem habe ich mich in diesem Bad nicht wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Die Spiegeleier waren alle und wurden auch nicht nachgefüllt.
Latte Macchiato wurde in einem Kännchen serviert.

Pros:

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Hotel und müssen sagen, es hat sich grundsätzlich sehr verbessert im Bereich der Sauberkeit Komfort Freundlichkeit des Personal.
Speziell beim Frühstück, wo alles vorhanden war was zum Frühstück benötigt wird, war das Personal außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend.

Sehr nettes Personal. Angenehme und sehr gute Anwendungen. Schönes Frühstücksbufett. Ideale Lage.

Cons:

Die Dusche mit Duschvorhang. Hier gab es leider eine Überschwemmung, der Hausmeister kam unverzüglich. Leider war eine Zubuchung für Abendessen nicht möglich.

Gediegen-modern-mondän in Franzensbad
Pros:

Professionell und besucherfreundlich, schönes Studio in der Dependance Villa Anna gegenüber. Tolles Frühstück im Esplanade. Günstiger Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Haartrockner vorhanden, aber kaputt. Größere Tassen und mehr als ein großes Glas wären schön. Sauna und Massagen nicht sehr flexibel verfügbar, daher nicht genutzt, was schade war. Hatten schon mehr Wellness in nicht extra darauf spezialisierten Unterkünften. Somit Preis-Leistung nicht optimal für uns. Trotzdem gelungenes Wochenende dank der guten Lage (nahe an allem Interessanten).

Skvělá lokalita za dobrou cenu
Pros:

Ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě nedaleko centra s možností lázeňských procedur. Bazén k dispozici do 22h, což je skvělé. Pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Vnitřní vzhled hotelu je spíše postarší, ale stále funkční.
