The location of the hotel is nearby the Metro Station (ca. 800m)
Unfortunately, the rooms have not been correctly cleaned up (only waste bin has been emptied and fresh towels [not for hands] replaced) und breakfast was very limited. When we asked for salted butter, we received a simple "NO". The hotel is ideal for "backpackers" but not for tourists with some basic expectations.
The location of the hotel is fairly close to Dongsi Metro which is very useful for getting around the city. The alley itself has some history to it.

Super fint hotel, hvor tingene fungere. Værelserne har super aircondition, som ikke rammer en, når man sover. Der er gratis vand og kaffe på hotellet, hvilket er et plus. Meget venlig og flink personale. Super beliggenhed ift metro og at komme rundt i byen.
Morgenmaden var fin og personalet knoklede for at gøre det godt, men passede ikke helt til vores vestlige smag.

Tube is about 15-20 mins walk and from that stop you can get basically everywhere. If you prefer walking expect about 1 hour for the forbiden city.
The room was extremely humid, to the point of being uncomfortable to sleep in and it wasn’t due to the weather.
We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel in Beijing. Located in Lishi Hutong, it is within easy walking distance of Wangfujing, with plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby serving delicious food at very reasonable prices.
The hotel itself is small, cosy, and full of character. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The hotel's adorable cat was an unexpected bonus and quickly became one of the highlights of the stay for our children.
Our room was modern, clean, and well equipped, with comfortable air conditioning and everything we needed. The hot water pressure was a little weak, but it was only a minor issue. We especially appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, which were incredibly useful after long, exhausting days exploring the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and other attractions.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base in Beijing.

Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit, zum Beispiel beim Buchen vom Didi.
