Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, aber Schimmel im Bad geht gar nicht.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage

Cons:

Im Bad war umfangreicher Schimmel, der nach Reklamation an der Rezeption mit viel Chlor entfernt wurde. Folge war, dass das Zimmer so intensiv nach Chlor gerochen hat, dass wir Kopfschmerzen hatten und kaum schlafen konnten.

Sehr sauberes und bemühtes Hotel, kann man auf jeden Fall buchen, s gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältniis
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut, Sauberkeit und Personal ebenfalls, alle sehr auf Zack, Lage ist Top!
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut!
Rezeption hat alles perfekt im Griff

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, vor allem der Nassbereich! Es ist schon etwas älter und man hat halt das maximale in der Belegung heraus geholt. Die Bewertung ist deshalb nicht Top, weil ich es im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels stelle, die von mir dann eine 8 oder 8+ bekommen!

Excellent. I’d love to return
Pros:

The breakfast is phenomenal. So many wonderful buffet choices, sweet and savory. In line with German tradition, no hot breakfast is served (except boiled eggs), but the choices of breads, yoghurt, granola, cold cuts, pastries etc. offer something for everyone.
Also, the location is superb. Close to a bus stop with several convenient bus connections, the university and a delightful city park with several access points to the lake.
Very helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

I’ve stayed twice already and would happily return more times. If anything, the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Also, few more hooks to hang up clothes and bath towels would have been welcome.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig.

Cons:

Der Wassserdruck in der Dusche war manchmal zu knapp, so dass kein Wasser mehr aus der Brause kam.

Für Familien auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Wir hatten das "Familienzimmer" und es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war wie eine kleine Wohnung, wir hatten viel Platz, auch die private Terrasse war mega, Frühstück sehr lecker, die Lage insbesondere zur Fähre und öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut, super freundliches Personal mit tollen Tipps bzgl. Buslinien etc.,

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Our girls enjoyed the bunkbed in the room for them. Very close to a central tram/bus station as well as local supermarket.

Cons:

There is no lift, so bit of work to get our luggage to the first floor.

Pros:

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel, agréable bien reçu à notre arrivée, nous avons pu nous rendre au marché de Noël en bus et gratuitement après avoir fait le cheking même avant l'heure et nous avons pu laisser la voiture à l'hôtel. nous y retournons bien volontiers.
