Once I booked the stay, I was contacted on Booking with a proposition of tour and airport pick-up. This was a big scam ! After I paid the requested amount, I was abondoned by the "agency". It refused to organize pick-up at departure and arrival, and organised a very very limited tour of Louxor... All my complains kept without answer. It is shameful that Booking authorizes such behaviours...

The boat was ok. The tourer company was horrible at communicating. At best they gave you time for pickup next trip. At worse didn't show, then say we do all that tomorrow, which they did.
Food was just. bad, nothing fresh. Breads, cereal, dessert all stale.
We did get everything in on tour. Boat people were helpful and maybe the only reason we got the last day was because they called them as to why they didn't show the night before.
Boat to get overhaul in 3 weeks is my understanding, it needs it.
The food was nice. The room was very clean. The stuff was very polite and kind.
When I booked, it was said the room had a balcony and it was King's room. However, the room had two single beds and no balcony. When I complained, I was told the windows were the balcony. There was no free wi-fi connection and to get wifi we were asked to pay 5 Euros for one hour.

Nice experience, great agency's organization about the cruise and visits.

The food was nice and delicious. There was a chef, unfortunately i forgot to ask his name, he used to make pasta at the counter, he was very kind and very dedicated to his work
There should have been some entertainment daily after dinner, after all we were on a cruise. Lack of information about sailing and stopping time beforehand so that we could have planned well the outings.
Amazing experience in general. Very posh retro looking ship with delicious food and great tours.
Communication was horrible. We were once not told at all about the ship moving to another place and then about when we should meet for a guided tour. Almost missed it.
We were also woken up once for no reason in the middle of the night by a room telephone.
Very loud party called for using ear plugs else sleep was impossible.
Some guides were chaotic and did not really give us enough time to explore.

We only sailed for two days and largely at night which was disappointing. The agency was unresponsive and took zero accountability over misinformation and the wrong room. Then when we battled for the better room we had booked… absolutely everyone took responsibility for our “upgrade”. There was no balcony and we were assured there were no balconies on any boat on all of the Nile… despite seeing many! The tour guides were nice but offered no value at all. Eventually we chose to explore on our own. Food was not great and no water was included.
The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful despite restrictions put upon them.
Did not provide any drinks even water. Had to purchase at 4 times the cost as the store. Also would not allow you to consume your own drinks or snacks on board. Don’t purchase your tours through them. And pay online as they overcharge you if paying by credit card.

Provide free drinks, at least water. If you’re going to charge, don’t mark it up 4 times the cost. 40 pounds for a drink is ridiculous when it’s 5 or 10 pounds outside. Get better tour guides, they suck. The only good one was Nasser. Be consistent with your rules and pricing.
