Un sogno, ci ritornerei subito
Pros:

Tutto! Struttura fantastica, i ragazzi che la gestiscono sono meravigliosi, ci hanno coccolati e organizzato tutte le attività per noi. La camera era pulitissima, servizi eccellenti, cibo spettacolare.

Personnel exceptionnel : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et plein de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. L’ambiance est très calme et agréable. L’équipe est vraiment attentive aux besoins des voyageurs et propose facilement des activités comme quad, vélo ou snorkeling. Une très bonne expérience.

Cons:

Attention toutefois : il n’y a pas de cuisine sur place alors que c’était indiqué dans l’annonce. De plus, l’hôtel est assez éloigné de la ville de Marsa Alam. Il est impossible de s’y rendre à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour aller au restaurant ou faire des courses. C’est donc un point important à prendre en compte lors de la réservation.

Çok güzeldi unutulmaz anılarla ayrıldık, tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Denize yakın ve hemen yüzme mesafesi de reeflere ulaşmak çok güzeldi , gerek otel sahibi ve eşi gerekse tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi , ilk odaya gittiğimizde banyo lavabosu su akıtıyordu hemen çok güzel ve geniş bir odaya aldılar, üstelik deniz manzaralı , o kadar memnun kaldık ki bu jestlerinden , tatilimizi süremizi uzattık, üstelikte çok temiz bir tesisti . Her şeyi için çok teşekkür ederiz .

İlk akşam, akşam yemeğini otelde yedik, açıkçası beğenmedik, yemek süresince kimse gelip içecek sormadı , peçete yoktu masada istedik , küçük parçalara ayrılmış tuvalet kâğıtlarından getirdiler , bunu çok önemsemedik ama bu temiz tesise bu yakışmıyordu , otelin dört yanında inşaatlar var ama hiç gürültü yapılmadı bu otelin bir kusuru değil , çünkü bu ülkede her yer de inşaatlar var maalesef . Plaj güzel olsa da resmen çöplük ve yetmiyormuş gibi bira şişeleri kırılmış etrafta cam kırıkları oldukça tehlikeli , tabi yine tekrar ediyorum bu otelin sorunu değil , ülkenin sorunu

Posizione ottima, in quanto vicino al centro ed ogni spiaggia meravigliosa. La cosa più bella dell'hotel? Il personale, sorridente e super dispinibile. Amr e Mustafa sono davvero speciali. Da non perdere la baia dei delfini a pochi km da qui. Super consigliato per chiunque, anche per chi come me, viaggia da sola.

We found a family at Reef House!
We stayed there 4 days. The place and around the place are not perfect, some organisation could get better, but here everyone made us feel just home.
They helped us in everything, planning our trips and activities and many times we asked for a taxi they didn' t even call anyone: they directly took us to our destination.
On my boyfriend's birthday we spent the day on a trip we organised with the guys of the hotel, and at night they prepared a birthday surprise for him: there was bedouin tea, local fruit and a big awesome cake we ate all together with the other guests of the hotel!
The next day we had to leave at 6 am, but Amr was there for us to check out and say goodbye watching sunlight together.
They are able to create true connections and bonds with and within their guests.
We just can't explain how grateful we are for the esperience with all of them and really recommend anyone to choose Reef House. We will do it again 👍🏻♥️

Totally disappointing

Warm weather and the Red Sea.

Cons:

We booked 15 days and only stayed 2. It is a building site, without proper access road. No proper restaurant. Food was limited, the same and not enough. They said the price was 3 EUR breakfast, 6 EUR dinner, then they charged 4 for breakfast and 7 for dinner, because coffee and water were not included :) We wanted to go into town (3 km away from the hotel), they said the price was 100 EGP (2 euro) each way, and we were supposed to ring them when we need the taxi to take us back. We paid 200 EGP to the driver, when we rang the hotel to send the taxi, we had to wait for 40 min. before the manager came to pick us with his private car. Then he asked for 100 EGP for the lift :) Money-related surprises were everywhere, and at the end of the day it was a very expensive stay. We do not recommend it. Very bad experience.
We were advised by booking.com to claim a refund for unused accommodation, we were in constant contact with the hotel, and they kept promissing to give us the money back but were totally obstructive, and again - never saying the truth. We understand that they were not obliged to give us the refund, and we would accept no as an anser. Instead they kept promissing, and the last and funniest reply was that the hotel owner was away for 10 days.

Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à l’hôtel Reef House, la qualité du service est exceptionnelle, l’hôtel est propre et calme. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons adoré.
