This is an excellent hotel. I arrived very late on the night of check-in, but the reception staff waited for me the whole time and escorted me to my room. The room was clean and spacious, the location was great, and it offered really good value for money. On top of that, the staff kindly gave me a free ride to the bus stop when I left. All in all, everything was perfect.

Hotel Reef House is located in an excellent position, just 2 km from the center of Marsa Alam. The property is welcoming and offers a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere for guests. A swimming pool will also be available soon, which will make the stay even more enjoyable.
The owner speaks excellent English, is very kind, and has been helpful with every request, always ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
房间特别大，装修的也很漂亮，底下有休息的公共区域，离海滩也很近。Amr特别好，帮了我们许多忙。手机不小心放在楼下，他帮我们找到了。还打电话帮我们问不同大巴的行程安排，送我们到巴士站帮我们预定大巴票。下次有机会来马萨阿拉姆我一定会再次住在这个酒店！！！非常推荐大家来

El servicio del hotel es excelente: atentos, amables y muy resolutivos en todo momento. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, las habitaciones están perfectas, y el ambiente es muy tranquilo.
Nos ofrecieron te y café, hecho al fuego. Buenísimo! Tienen una azotea donde puedes ver un atardecer precioso.

La cosa più bella di Reef House è sicuramente la capacità del proprietario, Hassan, e dei suoi collaboratori, di farti vivere una esperienza a 360° cercando di soddisfare tutte le rue esigenze. La struttura è pulita e spaziosa, il letto comodissimo (metterei soltanto uno stendino per appendere costumi e asciugamani bagnati) la vista molto bella considerando anche la zona che per svariari chilometri è piena di cantieri. Ma la differenza la fa Hassan, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza e per consigliare le migliori escursioni nei dintorni, davvero indimenticabili! E lo staff molto cordiale e tutti simpatici e disponibili nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche! Grazie davvero🙏Tornerò sicuramente per nuove avventure egiziane!
Staff incredibilmente gentile, per il prezzo pagato ha soddisfatto di molto le nostre aspettative, chiariamoci non è un resort, arrivare al mare è facilissimo dall'hotel ma non ci sono i lettini e tutti i comfort, la posizione è buona ma isolata come tutti i resort del resto, quindi la sera non ci sarà nulla da fare, però se volete spendere poco e andare sempre a letto presto per fare i tuor la mattina può valerne la pena, inoltre a breve stavano aprendo anche la piscina.
Insomma in rapporto al prezzo davvero ottimo, ovviamente con delle rinunce da accettare
Tutto! Struttura fantastica, i ragazzi che la gestiscono sono meravigliosi, ci hanno coccolati e organizzato tutte le attività per noi. La camera era pulitissima, servizi eccellenti, cibo spettacolare.

Personnel exceptionnel : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et plein de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. L’ambiance est très calme et agréable. L’équipe est vraiment attentive aux besoins des voyageurs et propose facilement des activités comme quad, vélo ou snorkeling. Une très bonne expérience.
Attention toutefois : il n’y a pas de cuisine sur place alors que c’était indiqué dans l’annonce. De plus, l’hôtel est assez éloigné de la ville de Marsa Alam. Il est impossible de s’y rendre à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi pour aller au restaurant ou faire des courses. C’est donc un point important à prendre en compte lors de la réservation.
