Terrible 经历糟糕透顶

Cons:

OMG, it’s a terrible experience since I use booking to book the hotel for so many years. I can write review after few days lay down at the beach of Red Sea. I arrived Gena late because train delay, finished checking in before 10pm then the room is very tiny and looks dirty, but only one night, at least the bed sheet looks white and the towels yellow white is okay, rooms just on top of some shops and there’s constriction noise. When I ask the reception when it can finish about 11:08pm, he said 10mins, but it’s not and even worse later. After keep on complaining until 12pm there’s some said his manager, he has big issue can not stop the noise ask me stay or change a hotel FOR FREE(he thinks it is already a big benefit???) Any way I have to move to another which actually I checked on line already, booking shows no room, thanks god it has. Sleep 3 hours be waked up by the Mosque about 4am, then get up 1.5hours laster. 大家有选择前往不要选这家，房间比国内招待所差太多，床单看起来还行但毛巾是白色已见黄。地毯更是脏到无法形容，卫生间很小卫生情况也只能说能凑合用。它在商场楼上不说（中间是中空的所以各种声音） 它还在很大声的装修，到半夜都不停止，在下楼到前台询问到不停打电话（先不说电话机脏到要用纸巾包住才敢用）投诉之后，不得不在半夜12点多换了酒店。经理的态度仿佛给了你极大优惠似得，我的天！

Всё хорошо. Чисто. Дружелюбный персонал.
Попросили ланч-бокс, т.к. выходили из номера раньше времени завтрака. Вроде уже всё объяснили, что хотим, и менеджер спрашивает - так вам нужен завтрак раньше? Без проблем, сделаем, когда вам удобно.
Расположение недалеко от авто и жд вокзала, и на центральной улице, где полно магазинов и едален. По улице поток народа. Ин. туристов, видимо, не много останавливается, поэтому буквально каждый радостно приветствует, через одного пытаются пообщаться и сфотаться. Отличные впечатления!

تجربة سيئة جدا ولا اعرف السبب هل من الفندق أو الموقع

هل يعقل ان انتظر ساعة تقريبا لكي يتم تسكيني
وفي البداية رفضوا تسكيني رغم اني اعطيتهم رقم الحجز بعدها طلبوا الاسم لصاحب الحجز رغم اني اعطيتهم مستند الحجز والدفع من بوكينج ومع ذلك تم تغيير الغرفة من مزدوجة لمفردة ولكني اصريت على الغرفة المزدوجة التي حجزتها

Sehr herzliches Personal. In der Schweiz währe es sicher unterster Standart aber für Qina tiptop, hat weniger als 20 Dollar gekostet, inkl. Frühstück. Danke!

由于埃及网络差，上午到卢克索火车站后订单，显示的火车站450米，订单后地理位置显示70公里，完全是意外，和房东马上协商退款，但拒绝，非常失望

Basic but clean and reasonable pricing.
Pros:

Location was very central, easy walk from train station. Also very reasonably priced - £38 for 2 nights including breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was in 9th floor facing the street and was extremely noisy with traffic and general bustle until about 3am then an hours peace before the call to prayer starts at 4am. Didn’t get much sleep.
