I was surprised to find such a good standard of service in Kafr Elsheikh. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and supportive, making me feel truly welcome. The facility itself was beautifully designed and decorated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will certainly be returning.

First, the hotel does not allow visitors in the room at all, although my room was a suite with a place equipped for visitors and I needed privacy when meeting my visitors. Second, the hotel staff tended to be aggressive and did not understand that the customer is right and as a user of the room.
Third, the receptionist refused to give me a final bill when I left because it was early, it was six in the morning, because my flight was at ten and he said that accounting staff do not arrive until ten.
Finally, I advise your respected website not to deal with such hotels that do not respect their customers and do not respect their agreement with a respectable company like you.

Room service tried to charge me for something i didn't order and thay treated me as if I wanted to avoid paying a $0.6 bill lol, but the receptionist was understandable and she solved the problem with them
