Good stay and enjoyable beach
Pros:

It’s Cleanness, landscape and the staff

Cons:

The doors locks are not working either bathroom or bedroom, telephone is not working and we have done complain at the first day and no actions are being taken

Pros:

J’ai presque tout aimé. L’emplacement, la restauration, le calme et le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours disponible. La qualité rapport/prix est très juste. Le seul souci c’est le déplacement hors complexe. C’est pas assuré 24/24 et parfois l’attente est longue. En tout cas je le recommande fortement !

Pros:

The stay was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly. A fantastic welcome from Mr. Khaled at reception; his guidance was invaluable. The resort is located within a prestigious residential complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Cons:

The beach was far from the hotels, but they could get there by car anytime. The beach also had rocks and stones, so beach shoes were essential.

فندق راءع يستحق 5 نجوم ... نظيف بشكل راءع ... اثاث الغرف كانه اول استخدام .. طاقم راءع من اول مسؤل البوابه والريسيبشن ومسولى خدمه الغرف وحمام السباحه والمطعم ... الافطار بوفيه مفتوح راءع ويعادل اكبر الفنادق ... الغذاء والعشاء بالطلب وكان راءع جوده وسعر ... الطاقم مبتسم حتى ابسطهم ... بلا مبالغه فندق فاق توقعى ... شكرا للجميع واتذكر ا.خالد استقبال .. ا احمد حمدى المدير الراءع .. ا. مجمد وا كريم استقبال ... جارد البسين حسام وعامل الغرف عبد الحميد ... اشكركم ... ومعاكم العام القادم لو لينا عمر

Excellent second stay here!
Pros:

I had a great stay here, it's my second stay and I extended this stay while I was here. I had a deluxe sea view room, its very spacious with a great balcony and sea view. I really like the pool area and the hotel beach. All the staff are professional, friendly and helpful, special mention to Khaled at reception and Ahmed at the cafe/ restaurant, both kind and polite, excellent service, thank you very much!

Pros:

Location, Room size, beach

Cons:

Bathroom is bad, especially the towels, soap, shampoo are not enough, the staff did not respond for your requests (only say okay but did not do any thing)
Restaurant is very poor (Variety and quality of food is very poor), Most of the restaurant staff are not friendly.
The beach staff is very rod and the reception information is inaccurate, miscommunication between the hotel and beach staff is clearly identified

Pros:

L’hôtel était très bien situé, la piscine est top et les chambres sont très confortables.
Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et disponible, notamment Khaled de l’accueil.
Accès à la plage privée de l’hôtel avec transat, on peut y faire du snorkeling et voir plein de poissons.

Cons:

La porte de douche laisse passer l’eau et les portants de serviette étaient mal fixés… la salle de bain est un peu vétuste.
Il y avait parfois trop d’enfants à la piscine, c’était très bruyant… mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel en soi.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with lots of variety.

Cons:

The beach wasn't accessible without a driver to take you to the access point and you had to wait for it on your return.
