the servis was very good, pleasant and helpfullness. they recomend the excuisin local restaurant and some trips.

It wasn’t a good idea to stop over in Beni Suef, considering, this was the better hotel of the two available.
Pros:

Fridge, hot shower, staff. Parking in the lot in front of the hotel is OK if you find space.

Cons:

Not really clean. Windows won’t close properly, all noise comes in from the street. Also, window sills are so dirty! The whole HVAC is maybe 25yo: noisy, dirty, dripping water (from the units on higher floors) makes noise… In the larger rooms there was additional AC, but the old one couldn’t be turned off, still noisy. I don’t know if in the smaller rooms the old ones would provide adequate cooling in the summer though. Next to the train station: trains (likely freight) go all night, and horn… No toilet brush.

Pros:

Good location. Availability of parking in front of the hotel.

Cons:

First receptionist we met appeared not familiar with the business. She asked to us to pay cash for the stay while we already paid to Booking.com. Fortunately, the next receptionist knew the business very well and corrected this.
