Not too bad.
Pros:

Great location. Fairly spacious twin room. Shower water was hot and strong

Cons:

Toilet door design was not ideal. Corridors reeked of smoke as smokers smoke at the lobby

Pros:

Excellent location. The shopping and eateries / restaurants are all downstairs, about 100 metres walk. There's so much food and lots of choices. The hotel lobby is very pleasant. Good breakfast. The bonus is the afternoon snacks available every day from 2:00pm to 5:00pm so it's nice to go out in the morning and come back for tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon and have a rest. The fruits and pastries are refreshing. It's nice to have the wash basin outside of the shower and toilet. The Metro Station is also within walking distance so it's really easy and convenient to go everywhere around the city.

Cons:

There's only one elevator and shared by two hotels. Have to wait a bit longer for elevators. The entrance to the hotel is the elevator, so don't look for a lobby at the street level. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. Once you get to the lobby, it's very pleasant. It would be nice to have the laundry machines in both Chinese and English languages.

Had a wonderful stay and the bed was comfortable as I had a good rest after a busy day walking.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and the staffs were friendly. Of course there was free coffee and tea during the afternoon and night even though I didn't eat it. Locality of the hotel right in the middle of the areas which is easily accessible by walking. Would come back again.

Convenient location and easy drop off and pick up by DiDi. Nice boutique feel and felt safe for solo travelers
