Pros:

The location was beautiful: the view of sunset from the terrace was really charming.
The room was also good - let's say, it's standard one by quality.
About the breakfast... well, the cooking is not the owner's strongest side :)

la vue et la situation était très sympa. Aspect très rustique, voire un peu trop.

Cons:

le prix pour le niveau du service, le petit-déj' n'était même pas compris. 140€/nuit

Il a fallu payer cash parce qu'il n'avait pas de moyen de paiement électronique.

Très mal insonorisé , j'ai entendu des gens faire l'amour toute la nuit

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, la casa muy bonita típica casona Cántabra. Nada más llegar tienen el parcking enfrente de la casa, así que muy cómodo. Nosotros llevamos una furgoneta extra larga y pudimos dejarla sin problema. Para descansar fenomenal, ya que no se escucha ningún ruido.

The room and attached bathroom reeked of mold or fungus. The bathroom was unusable due to the stench.
The manager WOULD NOT ACCEPT ANY CREDIT CARDS and was a unhappy person

La localización

Cons:

No estaba bien limpio. Olía la habitación mal (como a desagüe) que venía de nuestro baño y nos dijeron que abriésemos la ventana para crear corriente.
Algunas zonas comunes estaban cerradas y tenías q pedir q te las abriesen, y sino estaba el dueño accesible pues no podías usarlo. El salón comunitario olía mucho a humedad y eso que era verano.
Para las comidas no dan a basto y el servicio es malo. No recomiendo ni desayunar. Una pena porque la casa es muy bonita

Wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Not a lot. I found the host unfriendly although I appreciated the fact that he let me in earlier than I was supposed to arrive.

Cons:

The room was very basic with very scant resources - bedding smelt not very nice, towels were old and crusty. Shower was behind an old curtain. Owner wasn't welcoming and they only take cash.
