Problema por avería en habitación muy bien gestionada por parte del hotel
Pros:

Todo muy bonito la verdad,pero debido a que tenían problemas con la habitación a causa de las tormentas de los días anteriores no nos pudieron dar la habitación,pero lo resolvieron correctamente reservándonos una habitación en un hotel de 4 estrellas también con jacuzzi por el mismo precio en el centro del pueblo.
Fue una pena por qué nos gustó mucho la zona donde estaba y como era el hotel,pero esas cosas pasan a veces pero lo gestionaron rápido y correctamente así que volveremos lo más seguro.
No siempre sale lo que uno planea,pero no por eso hay que perder las maneras y enfadarse,con educación,respeto y entendimiento casi todo tiene solución. muchas gracias

La posada nel complesso è molto bella.

Cons:

Orari della colazione (dalle 9.30 è eccessivamente tardi, quindi non l'abbiamo fatta in struttura). Il pagamento solo con bonifico o contanti....Perché non è possibile con una comodissima carta di credito?

La ubicacion y las vistas

Cons:

Habia visto tiempos mejores el mobiliario, la decoración y el lugar en general. Se notaba un mantenimiento MUY POBRE. Era mas bien cutre.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage: mit dem Auto nicht weit zum Srand, trotzdem ruhig und abseits des Touristenrummels - wer das so mag...
Der Vermiter war entgegenkommend, als wir das Zimmer tauschen wollten. Da das erste Badezimmer extrem roch... Im zweiten Zimmer in der obersten Etage war alles okay.

Como consejo, les animo a cambiar la alfombra del dormitorio y la de los pies. No son muy higiénicas.

really nice location no right people for that piece of peace place!!!!!

-They said breakfast was at 9.30 but instead they started serving at 10.00 ( 6.50 € for bread and packaged jam portion for a slice of bread)

-the bathroom had a musty smell, it wasn't pleasant at night

-If you needed to ask for something! Non-existent staff

Ubicación maravillosa.

Cons:

Olor en el baño a cañería, había que tener la puerta cerrada. Obras en una de las partes del recinto (parece una ampliación del parking). Parte de la decoración abandonada (plantas secas)
