Pros:

Such comfortable beds, fabulous bedlinen too - I felt instantly relaxed. Wonderful bathrooms, spacious shower/wet-room and lovely toiletries. Also they have the best coffee, Origin Coffee- Sail Ship espresso blend- my new favourite and I’ll be ordering that from Origin for home. Did I mention how friendly and welcoming all of the staff were each time I’ve stayed? Superb. I’ll always stay in a Pig if I have the option to!

Cons:

The only thing that would have been helpful in the room would be a luggage rack for your case or travel bag. I don’t like cases being laid on beds - wheels can be dirty etc. And slippers would be a nice touch.

Excellent stay with exceptionally friendly service.
Pros:

Our room was stylish, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided; toiletries, bottle water, coffee, tea and board games were available in the lounge. A well stocked minibar was available on the room. We requested a change from feather pillows to synthetic and it was no problem. The staff were attentive, friendly and energetic. They seemed to enjoy working at the hotel.

We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was tasty, nutritious and a very good value.

This was our second stay at the Pig in the Wall and we will return again. We also
Look forward to trying some of their other locations.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. It’s an excellent hotel and it’s hard to find better in the area.

Perfect for a short break in all respects
Pros:

Breakfast was great fresh good choice and well presented
Evening meal was also very good a good varied menu with food well prepared visually styled and very tasty
Room well designed and considered my wife very appreciative of convenience of dressing area and general switching arrangements for all lighting . Shower room was small but well designed so works perfectly all round another tickbox to a Pig on a first visit.

No adverse comments a great job for such a small property 👍

A warm and inviting inn with excellent food with a friendly staff.
Pros:

The manager was the perfect hostess and the staff was professinal and friendly. Everyone was happy to work there. We also had a wonderful dinner and we received excellent suggestions for an after dinner drink and touring the city the next day.

Cons:

We have no complaints.
