Lovely, cozy little hotel with a homely feel and kind helpful staff
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable. Lovely staff who were helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

I don’t think guests should have to pay to use a hotel car park, felt like a hidden cost.

I would never consider staying anywhere else in Southampton.
Pros:

It was perfect, well positioned, the room, especially the bed, was exceptionally comfortable, Francois who welcomed us was very helpful and a great host. Our room was ready early.

Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous brand, and a really lovely room. But if I’m being honest, for the price (especially for Southampton), I was a bit surprised breakfast wasn’t included. It just felt like that final piece of the experience was missing - and without it, it stopped just short of being a solid ten out of ten.

Toll und gerne wieder wenn wir in Southampton sind.
Pros:

Wir fanden das Zimmer, mit der integrierten Badewanne sehr nett und ansprechen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr ansprechend und super freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Frühstück und ein kleines Lunch bei der Ankunft. Alles Tip Top und toll.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Very good overall with friendly and helpful staff, good location for the city and car parking on site. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. Atmosphere good and staff interacted with everyone there.
