Staff were nice and room modernized. Shower was good!
Huge place I've stayed at before and was great but this time room was little grubby with hair clip on bathroom floor and did not serve dinner anymore which is no good as they are out of town. Plus pool shut!!
No fan in the room. No evening dinner available but breakfast was good.

Lovely property, ideal location for work
Not much
Facilities need updating. Was woken up at 7am on a bank holiday because of a reversing delivery truck. The main house stole the charm of the place as it looked like a wash room. With towles and washing janging everywhere. The breakfast was disappointing no bottled water in the rooms. No food service on a sunday evening. Not a 4 star at all. Peacocks beautiful but noisy. The heating was on and it was 28 c !!! I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Small bath towels. Those horrid uht milk portions in bedroom. A lot of bird noise outside window of bedroom.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Although no restaurant, the manager/owner arranged for his son to got out and pick up food locally for 8 of us. It was stated the bar closed at 9 but they kept it open for us up to midnight while putting up with a group of slightly raucous bikers. Fantastic breakfast .Highly recommended.

The hotel overall is nice and cosy but in need of a bit of refurbishment.
The room was quite good, very clean bedding and working TV. There is a kettle with mugs and teas.
The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't strong enough, and there is still some room for improvement regarding the overall cleanliness of the room. We also experienced some issues on the first ni
ght with noise from people talking until the early hours. While the breakfast is generous in size, it would be better if the quality of the ingredients were improved.
I liked everything, I will definitely visit this place again because it is wonderful😍.
