It's clean and got all you need. Good Breakfast is included. Fair priced laundry service.

Cons:

Don't get room #2, the family room with 2 bunk beds. It's next to the reception, the public toilets and kitchen. In my opinion it's been too noisy.
With a quiter room i would have rated it a 9...
