Perfekte und liebevolle Unterkunft zum Entdecken von Cartagena.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, sehr leckeres Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, genau auf dem Punkt.

Cons:

Durch die Lage kann es etwas lauter sein, wobei uns dies nicht störte. Es lagen sogar Ohrenstöpsel im Zimmer. Die Zimmer liegen in einem Innenhof, so dass der Lärm trotz der zentralen Lage gering war.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Immer freundlich und stets mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Es gibt ein wunderbares, mit viel Liebe zubereitetes Frühstück und tollen Kaffee.

Die Ausgangslage für die Stadterkundung ist super, doch man muss wissen, dass der Statdteil nachts sehr belebt ist. Dafür liegen Ohrstöpsel in der Unterkunft zur bereit.

Incredible Staff in a nice small hotel
Pros:

What stood out the most about this hotel was the staff, especially Mileidi. She was absolutely exceptional. The way she took care of us, with such attentiveness and genuine support, made all the difference in our stay. That level of service is truly rare to find nowadays.

Without a doubt, this has been the best experience we’ve had with hotel staff so far.

Cons:

No mini-fridge or coffee machine/kettle in the rooms (nice to have).
Hot water was not consistent, we even have 1 day without hot water.

Pros:

Perfect location- beautiful spot! Next to plazas, restaurants, artist spaces, coffee shops but very quiet. Casa jaguar is a beautiful, quiet, comfortable space to retreat too after exploring Getsamini and the walled old city which is about 10min walk. Staff is kind and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, fresh, and a wonderful start to your day. The small courtyard is peaceful and so lush with a green wall and mango tree. And the washroom rain shower with the skylight is a nice touch.

Overall, we loved our stay and our favourite location by far to explore and immerse in the vibrant energy and culture of Cartagena.

Tiene solamente 4 habitaciones y esto hace que sea un hotel muy tranquilo. Tiene una buena ubicación. Hay tapones para los oídos en el caso que te moleste algún ruido.
Tiene un restaurante con comida muy buena y Jésica nos atendió muy bien y fue muy amable.

El servicio de desayuno es un poco lento. Eso sí, todo muy bueno y bien presentado.
