Pros:

Le escursioni organizzate con l'hotel sono state bellissime, ci è piaciuto molto il cibo, lo staff è gentilissimo, vengono forniti anche stivali per le escursioni. Abbiamo chiesto di poter assaggiare i pesci piranha e ce li hanno cucinati. Ci hanno dato anche contatti per escursioni da Leticia. Posizione bellissima direttamente sulle Rio delle Amazzoni. Per essere in Amazzonia, struttura molto pulita ed accogliente

Fantastische ervaring in de Amazone!
Pros:

Prachtige ligging aan de Amazone, mooi domein met een uitkijktoren waar je de zonsondergang kan bewonderen. Wij zagen ‘S morgens ook dolfijnen voor het hotel! Carlos doet er alles aan om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken, hij regelt verschillende uitstappen. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker en vers gemaakt. Je kan makkelijk te voet naar Puerto Nariño en terugkeren met een taxiboot. Heel toffe ervaring!

Cons:

Wij hadden een heel kleine kamer
Het eten was heel lekker maar wat weinig en na 4 dagen misschien wat eentonig (vis/kip)

Una experiencia muy buena en el Amazonas
Pros:

La atención fue excelente y el lugar nos permitió desconectarnos de la rutina, descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Fue un tiempo muy especial para compartir con mi hijo entre descanso y aventura. Sin duda, volvería.

Il cibo preparato da Carlos per le cene.
Carlos è una persona molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha organizzato con cura tutte le escursioni che volevamo fare. Le camere sono semplici ma ovviamente si adattano al contesto della foresta.

Pros:

Carlos é un host speciale, ti accoglie in una maniera unica. Il posto è immerso nella giungla ed è bellissimo. Organizza i tour direttamente lui con guide locali, più persone ci sono più il prezzo è basso. Speciale la camminata nella giungla. Wi-Fi super veloce e pasti ottimi.

Cons:

Consiglio di aumentare le porzione per il resto ho passato 4 giorni stupendi che ricorderò molto bene.

Alojamiento con gran atención y entorno precioso pero con instalaciones mejorables.
Pros:

La atención de Carlos fue excelente, nos gestionó todas las excursiones y nos recogieron y nos llevaron al puerto el último día. La piscina está muy bien.

Cons:

Una de las puertas de la habitación se rompió y dio problemas todos los días. Los baños están fuera de la habitación y no están en el mejor estado.

Al di sotto delle aspettative
Pros:

La natura é molto bella; Carlos ci ha permesso di stare oltre l orario di check out ed ci ha portato i bagagli direttamente al molo all imbarco per Leticia costi aggiuntivi. La colazione é buona. Acqua potabile a disposizione dei clienti. Buona la piscina.

Cons:

Il proprietario ci é sembrato demotivato, sempre gentile ed educato ma non molto accogliente, come se fosse stanco. Quindi non ci ha trattato male ma non ci ha neanche fatto sentire come a casa. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata, é infatti un po' trascurata (ma pulita). Su Booking non si specifica che il bagno é esterno alla stanza mentre sarebbe opportuno farlo. La sera é impossibile stare all aperto a causa delle zanzare. Non é colpa della proprietà, chiaramente, ma magari potrebbero essere presi degli accorgimenti per poter sfruttare anche la sera il giardino. In generale é stato un soggiorno un po' faticoso: per il bagno esterno, le zanzare, la mancanza di calore nell accoglienza. Infine, sarebbe stato meglio soggiornare a Puerto Narino, per assaporare meglio il paesino anche la sera.

Una vera oasi di pace
Pros:

Posto meraviglioso sulle sponde del Rio delle Amazzoni. Una vera oasi di pace.
Il proprietario Carlos è disponibilissimo e bravissimo. Organizza escursioni di ogni tipo per conoscere questa zona bellissima e unica.
Consigliatissimo!

Colazioni e cene così così, sempre uguali e non abbondanti.

Bella vista ma alcune cose da migliorare
Pros:

Carlos é molto disponibile e la vista sul fiume é fantastica. Ottima organizzazione per i tour e per andata e ritorno a Puerto Narino. Cibo molto buono (sebbene porzioni minute).

Cons:

Per entrambe le notti che abbiamo passato a Eware, oltre al normale rumore della foresta, siamo stati tenuti svegli dall' incessante abbaiare dei cani della struttura (sono molto dolci ma se si cerca il riposo non é la struttura giusta). I tour sono carini ma non rappresentano una vera immersione nella foresta.
