Gute Lage, sonst enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit überteuerten Preisen

Die sehr zentrale Lage und die Sicht von der überdachten Dachterrasse.
Großes Zimmer und großes Bad

Cons:

Sehr einfache Ausstattung für den Preis. Das Zimmer war groß, aber grau und unschön, mit eingeschlagener Badtür und bröckelndem Putz. Die Information über die Ausstattung des Hotel war veraltet - keine Sauna wie im Zimmer auf dem Infozetteln vermerkt, keine Kaffeecke, wie im Treppenhaus angekündigt.
Das Frühstück war typisch kolumbianisch, wogegen nichts einzuwenden ist. Leider gab es keine Auswahl: keine Möglichkeit einen Tee anstatt Kaffee zu bekommen oder die Schokolade in Wasser statt Milch zu bekommen. Obst oder Saft nicht zu bekommen, schade.
Am meisten störte uns jedoch der Dauerlauf des Wassers in der Badewanne - zum einen als Dauergeplätscher nachts, zum anderen aber als reiner Hohn gegenüber der Bitte, die am Waschbecken stand, bitte Wasser zu sparen. In 12h lief eine komplette Badewanne voll. Als wir die Mitarbeitenden darauf ansprachen hieß es, das sei halt so und sie könnten es nicht reparieren, weil ja dann das Zimmer nicht zu vermieten sei… hoffentlich wird es doch bald repariert!
Zu letzt war es auch ärgerlich, dass eine Gebühr gezahlt werden musste beim Hotel, die bei Booking nicht angezeigt worden war. Zufälligerweise genau über den Betrag, der von Booking ermäßigt worden war, sehr wenig nachvollziehbar..

Ambos el desayuno y la ubicación muy bien.

La alcoba muy mal y muy incomoda,´esperaba algo mejor, falta de mantenimiento y desaseo, no hay donde colocar la ropa todo en el suelo y muy mala atención, por lo que recibí me pareció muy costoso. Para mí, categoría de residencia y no hotel de tuismo. Nunca lo recomendaría.
