Decent
The access to the balcony and the easy exit to the highway.
Hotel from the 80s, unrestored, poorly insulated. Presentation photos do not correspond to the real image of the room. Receptionists do not speak English.
Beware:
- Parking inside the hotel is PAID and it is not mentioned anywhere, although parking on public streets is free.
- Charging is done in 2 instalments: one before arriving (as a deposit) for first night and second at the Reception for the rest of the nights.
1. Room service - after entering to refill the coffee tops, they left the room open, unlocked. Knocked insistently and forcing the door in one morning for checking us out (confusion with Reception) earlier than paid.
2. Reception - at arrival the person from Reception was very rood and almost was yelling at us; not speaking English at all, so impossible to communicate.
3. Room: Removed door between room hallway and main room, missing lamps, very hard mattresses
4. Bathroom: Flickering bulb; toilet way too lower for an average person height of 165 cm.
5. Charging: other customers complaint being charged twice; once from app and same price charging asked from the Reception. In our case, I am almost sure that we paid more than the official reservation - I've decided to put it on the exchange rate expense.
